Disgrace to the snappy name had pizza delivered took an hour and 5 min to get to me ordered online apperently from the wrong store even though i called 2 stores to see where i should order from and got no help from either store as to what store delivered to me apparently it was a third location one that i didnt call cause i figured it was to far out of the way only half mile difference from where im at to the store that delivers here and this store after i placed my order i called back to make sure it was the right store and they said no but we will bring it to you after 50 min i called and got an attitude from the dude adam giving all kinds of excuses and then got crappy and said we are alradey delivjring out of our area for you ridiculous anyway toppings slid off pizza middle of the pizza was like some one ralphed on it ive been to many snappy tomato pizza joints and always enjoy my food not this location from what ive heard it used to be a great place to order food from but in the past couple years has gone downhill maybe corporate should look into who is running this place it is making snappy as a whole look bad and i hate that cause i love snappy tomato pizza just not this location

Would have given 0 stars if I could. Waited 2 hrs. for a Beast pizza to be delivered. Called to cancel 90 mins after i ordered because I was told 35-45mins. Pizza arrives after 2 hrs cold and unlike any other Beast Ive had. Owner promised me a credit for a free beast pizza since i paid credit and he didnt want to refund..Following week I call to get my free pizza and they wont acknowledge it. Also owner is conveniently out of town. My family will eat lots of Snappy but never again from this location. We will pick up elsewhere. Worst snappy experience ever!!!!!!

I wouldnt be surprised if this location were to close within the next few months. I was told today they no longer have a buffet. They bring your pizza out already in a box. You have to go get your own plates and plastic ware. I had to go to the counter and ask for straws, because there were none in the bin. I didnt see anywhere to throw away my trash, so I hope they didnt expect me to bus my table, too. The food WAS good, but the atmosphere ruined it. This used to be my favorite local pizza place but not anymore.

So me and my kids r eating inside the snappy tomatoe in independence. My girls used their restroom and they were all out of soap. So I come out n tell the girl they r out of soap in the bathroom. The whole time we r there (1hr) she doesnt refill it. (They make pizzas with their bare hands) I was grossed out when I left. Never going back there again. I hope they fill it. Their employees use that restroom

I ordered the JR Beast when it was derived the driver handed me a box of brownie bights for free because the crust was burned. When I went inside and opened the box it was black. So I called to get another one they where closing soon and said to call back to get a free one well tonight they said their policy doesnt allow food to be returned the day after.. WTF So I called dominoes.

Pizza was okay. Customer service needs improvement. In order to get promotional coupons, I was told to order online after giving them my order over the phone. Treated like a dumbass from the manager as well because I had issues adding toppings to the hoagie via my online order with my phone. Maybe if snappys had an app...

I love their pizza, but this is far from the best Snappys. For example, they do not take coupons and specials that other Snappys offer and their customer service could be friendlier. It is disappointing because I this one is much closer, but I rather drive to Fort Wright and get the buffet.

This place is gross! Ordered wings twice, both times asked for them extra crispy and both times they were cold and soggy. Second order was pickup, place was being run by 2 people under the age of 20, didnt have a clue what was going on, and it was a super busy night for fast food in NKY.
