Terrible food terrible service. I first journeed to Pi because it was new to Cincinnati and it was getting some Buzz because of the nice restaurant . Me and a group of my friends decided at lunch wed go visit not only did we have to wait for our food, we ended up leaving and having to get it delivert to our job. Our wait total up to over 2hours. The food was less than satisfaction. The management promised us that wed be happy customers yet what I took away from pi was they are very unprofessional and unorganized and down right lazy Employees didnt know much about the menu or the protocols couldnt answer much of our questions and even when I talked to corporate I didnt get anytype of help. I dont recommend going there. I recommend saving your money. The food isnt even worth it."----

First I will say that the staff (host, kitchen, and servers) are kind and professional, and the service and food is always above my expectations. But their manager Kurt is unprofessional, vulgar, and unacceptably rude. He talks poorly about the staff to customers, curses loud enough for the entire dining room to hear, and degrades the employees. Its actually appalling to hear that he called one of his female servers a derogatory term. I will never return because of this. I feel bad for the staff there after witnessing this mans behavior on several different occasions.

Forget making a reservation they wont be ready. We had a party of (10) and called twice to verify the reservation. Get to the place early, the hostess checked and then left, never came back. They finally seated us almost (30) minutes later, another group came in and their reservation wasnt ready either. The rest of the night went down hill, inadequate service, food coming out at various times...etc. Food is decent, but service is bad all around. Keep your group small and you are o.k., go more than (4) and they are in over their heads.

Sunday afternoon service was slow. We are vegan and chose here because of the vegan options. Dont waste your money. Thin Crust was the vegan option, which was tough. I got tired of trying to chew the crust and gave up. Didnt bother bringing home the leftovers. Very expensive for what you get. Have no problem paying for quality, but this was not it. Had to pay for vegan cheese! Why is it non vegans can have cheese for free, but we had to pay? Wont be back. You are paying for yuppie BS

The atmosphere was very nice and the service was friendly. The dinner rush seems to happen after seven here. We had a thin crust pizza with the "BBQ" menu option on half that was OK. Nothing was bad, but the flavors were just OK. We will be back to try some deep dish pizzas and other things. I do greatly appreciate the sustainable pizza boxes that they use here.

Disclaimer: I didnt eat the pizza. But I did sit at the bar and have a few drinks, and overall the place seems really neat and clean. The bartender was cool and they had a decent selection of drafts and ciders. Id recommend a few more TVs in better locations for patrons at the bar. Maybe when I get back next time Ill check out the pizza and update my post.

By far the worst deep dish pizza I have ever had. After spending $30 for a 12 inch pizza ordered through Uber eats I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised. It was all dough and no cheese. I dont mean to be rude, but it was honestly just terrible. Order from anywhere else but here. Even digiornos would be better, unfortunately. highly disappointed.

Very good pizza. Crust is bready and crisp, a cornmeal texture that works. Good selection of hoppy craft beers on tap, with a couple of stouts for us old grumpy guys. Very friendly staff, hipster ambiance with new age kind of music. Great view of downtown by the windows or with outside seating. Pizza connoisseurs put this on your list.

The place serves a variety of "gourmet" pizzas ( that is not the common pepperoni pizza ). They have both thin, thick and deep dish pizzas. Typically not too busy on the evenings. Side note : their pizza boxes are cool because the boxes have perforations where you can tear up the box to use it as serving plates

St. Louis based deep-dish pizza chain. The Kale salad is of special mention, with the fried chickpeas added for unique flavor and crunch. Service tends to be on the slow side, after repeat visits I think it is just the price you pay for high quality pizza.

Fantastic and unique pizzas! Anything can be personalized, added to or changed. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful with the overflowing menu. I would definitely recommend the spicy pickles to start!

Their Cincinnati chili pizza is something that every Cincinnatian must try. If putting Skyline and goetta on a pizza doesnt sound like your thing, their more traditional pizzas are also very, very good.

First experience was a 12" thin crust with bacon, pepperoni, and pineapple. Delighted. Perfect size for a couple. Atmosphere great for conversation. Good beer selection on tap. Price appropriate.

Great deep dish pizza. Prefer it over Giordanos. Cornmeal crust is great. FYI, if you order a deep dish, it will take slightly longer for the food to come out but it is worth the wait.

Not crazy about this pizza. I was looking forward to the cornmeal crust but it didnt meet expectations. We were there on Sunday nite, not crowded but very slow service. Nice, but slow!

LOVE PI! This St Louis style pizzeria is delicious! If you like Cincinnati style chili you have to try the Cincinnati Piway, oh BTW its not on the menu you have to ask for it!

Amazing food, love their pizzas and salads. I just wish their hostess was nicer. Its painful to make carry-out orders. Will only order online now. But seriously- amazing pizza!
