I agree with John--Horrible customer service! I wont go back to this location after they took 45 minutes to complete my carryout order (a far cry from the "approximate" 14 minutes). I was there a few minutes early since they are typically very slow in checking people out. As I waited there about 35 minutes, I was told several times it would only be a few more minutes, then finally about 20 minutes in they said it would be 10 more minutes. This was when they offered me a drink. Thanks but no thanks--how about offering some of that pizza thats sitting on the shelf from another screwed up order--or some breadsticks or something? All the while guys in the back saying how busy they are and how much profit their pulling in. I was coming to this place about once a week and seen them treat other customers with poor attitudes--so this was the last straw for me. I absolutely love the food but will have to drive a bit further for it now because I wont be returning to this location. I highly recommend avoiding it yourself--its obvious they dont care about their customers! Just read the reviews here and citysearch--they are not good! The one 5-star review on city search is full of fluff and obviously a fake. Avoid this place!

We do fund raisers at the West Side Hamilton Rural King. We like to order Donatos, because our volunteers love the pizza. Every time we have called to order and the person who takes the order tells us they dont deliver to that address. We know they do, because we have had it delivered there before. The "formal" address is Hamilton Richmond Road, which is actually Main Street, but your computer system has Hamilton Richmond Road as being out of the service area. It is only a little over two miles from the Donatos store. We decided today, rather than try to explain to the person who answers the phone where the address is, we would just start ordering from Pizza Hut. Maybe you should consider putting Rural King by Krogers on Main Street in your computer.

I have been a long time customer. However i am sad to say i wont be buying from this location anymore. I order pizza. They sent an email saying my pizza left the building. About 45 minutes later after the email the pizza arrives. By this time i am pissed. The so called manager tries to tell me my order was 25 minutes early. Family opens the box and the pizza is luke warm and dry looking. So if my pizza was early, i would of hate to see how cold it would of been if it arrived when he said it was supposed to. What a joke. Ill take my business somewhere else.

Order 6boneless wings and a side salad, said it would be about 45 minutes. A hour & 25 minutes later my order arrived wrong and cold. When I called Donatos back, was told they could either resend it or put a credit for my next order. I wanted them to resend it & give me a discount. Was told no, one or the other. I asked for them to resend the order & was told it would be at least an hour. Seriously??? You already goofed my order up, should have been a priorty. Not happy with this location at all, will not be recommending you anyone

Have been ordering from here for quite some time because donatos is my favorite fast foods pizza. After waiting two hours for my delivery I called the store and talked to the manager. She was rude and said there is nothing she will do. Most pizza places honor the delivery time, let alone being an hour late. If she was polite and gave me a discount, I wouldnt be writing this review. Will order from somewhere else from now on.

Worst place at getting there orders right. Dont add anything to your salads or sandwiches or pizza extra. You will be charged and not refunded . And you wont get the extra toppings. I called and complained about my order being wrong and try want me wait 40 mins plus for a salad. And sad thing is I live 5 mins from them. Wow worst place ever. Please dont bored from them and expect to be happy

Only pizza place that would deliver near my location. When I called first, no one answered. A sign maybe? Then I called again and the woman hung up on me. Then called once more, Success! Had decent tasting pizza and salad, but my boyfriend and I are now suffering from Food Poisoning. I regret ordering from this Donotos.

Horrible. Customer service is awful. Promised a 629 delivery time. Dont show up till 730 and the pizza was smashed against one side of the box and was cold. Corporate office said they are individually owned and have had a LOT of problems from them

Went here about a year ago after never having gotten it. Service ok Price ok Flavor ok. Problem? Hardly any crust on their pizzas! Its like paper thin. They are profiting from using minuscule amounts of dough.

Donatos is my favorite pizza place. The thin crust pepperoni is always amazing, the subs are the best Ive had in a long time, and the delivery people are always friendly.

The number doesnt work at all !!!!!! It rings but no one answers . That so stupid . Ordered my pizza at 7:15 and its going on 9:07 as I type this . HORRIBLE .
