I placed two orders recently from this Donatos on the website. With the first, I showed up at the pickup time and they hadnt started making it yet... so I waited an extra 20 minutes from the time they claimed it could be picked up. When I got home, the wings were supposed to be buffalo but were pretty much just dry breading. On the second order, I placed it via the website ~11 PM and the website states that this location is open until 12 AM. After placing it, the email confirmation said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Five minutes before the scheduled pickup time they canceled my order and left a voicemail saying theyre "not doing pickups". The problem is that when placing the order on the website it allows one to order pickup and does not say anything about pickup hours being different than delivery hours or store hours. It would be nice if they followed the hours listed on the website or updated the site to their actual hours if its incorrect.

This place sucks unless you like getting the wrong food or have it All messed up thrown around the box when you get everytime! When i tip more than half the bill everytime i expect to at least get the right food! People are human and make mistakes but i have lived downtown for a year now and they have a perfect record of messing up my order. I suggest cincy buy the slice fresh good pizza and decent prices. Probably the best pizza downtown right now! Also they wont charge your credit card three times for one order or give you a coupon for theyre mess up and then claim that they never had those coupons when you try to use it. If i could give donatos downtown negative stars i would. The owners should probably re evaluate the staff.

I forgive the food taking an hour to get delivered 4 blocks. Saturday nights are busy. I even forgive the room-temperature pizza. Im sure it was delicious when it as warm and fresh. It was ok after a nuke. But the wings. What horror! If someone told me they came from pigeons, I would have believed THAT over chicken. The biggest one was the size of my thumb, "legs" included. It was also blatantly obvious that they were straight frozen-to-fried as they were watery and bland. 3/5 on the Pizza 1/5 on the wings I realize my expectations on a late Saturday night shouldnt be high, but cmon now. I would have had faster, hotter, and cheaper food from Dominos or Papa Johns; and thats sad.

I typically enjoy a thin crust donatos but this particular location is abysmal. Common orders are obviously premade. Asked for extra sauce and well done bake and got a peperoni pizza with cold sauce just poured on top of it. Soggy and cold.. With all the strong pizza competition in this area (including other nearby donatos) ill most likely never order from this location again. For the record this isnt the first weak pizza ive had from this location, just the final straw. But dont take my word for it, most common review here is one star.

I always forget that theres a Jets Pizza across the River. On 12/1 I placed an order for delivery, gave my cell phone number and credit card information. I saw the charge on my card via chase bank (Free plug) but the scholar working the phones said they never got my card information and wanted to charge me (He didnt believe it was a 2nd charge). I told them to keep the pizza and that I would dispute the charges. Terrible service.

Never again. The delivery driver told me that he wont be delivering to my house anymore because there are gang members outside. Last I checked those "gang members" hes referring to are just my black neighbors who like to play cards on the patio. The pizza is good, but I really dont need the racism along with it.

After delivering to our business location for the past two years we were informed that we are now in a "yellow" area and they wont deliver to us anymore. The sad part is they will deliver across the street. Love Donatos pizza but the downtown location is poorly managed and we will no longer do business there.

We enjoyed the thicker crust and tangy-sweet tomato sauce. The veggie toppings were a bit sparse, but a good balance of cheese overall. The pizza was served hot in under 15 minutes for dining in. Basic tables for dining, nothing special, but the large windows and background music are nice.

The employee there came out of the kitchen to serve the customers, and returned to the kitchen to prepare food without changing her gloves. I cancelled my order. I spoke with the manager Sammie about this. He did not tell the employee to change her gloves when leaving the prep area.

Good pizza. I liked that their menu listed all these Yummo dessert options, well dont bother bc they dont have any of it. Also if youre at a hotel they wont bring it to your room you have to meet the at the front root of the hotel even though the shop is like 3 blocks away. Why tip?

Terrible experience here. Ordered for delivery and after an hour and 40 minutes did not even receive a call to tell us our order was not coming. Called back and they said they couldnt find the building. Ended up canceling our order. Such a shame. Really wanted to try the food.

I would had given this place a better review but. .. it took an hour to deliver 6 blocks away from their location. And by the time the pizza arrived it was luke warm and no longer crispy. The pizza itself was tasty. . probably better when its hot.

Ordered a sandwich around dinner. Cheap, fast, and they delivered right to my hotel room, even though I said I would meet them downstairs. Great sandwich. Good job guys

Pros : Friendly staff, good prices, even tastier food. Con : No atmosphere I had the parmigiana dry rub wings and a side of meatballs. Both outstanding.
