My crew has had several bad experiences here in a row, and contacts to Quaker Steaks management have resulted in silence. The first time a few years ago it was just slow service. Difficulty tracking down our waitress, waiting for drink refills, waiting for food, food was "meh" and greasy, waited again for the check... Didnt go back until 2 weeks ago. Walked in, stood behind another gentleman at the front podium, waited for TEN MINUTES and never saw the hostess. Wait staff would occasionally walk through the entry and just keep moving. Finally we just walked out. As we were leaving there was a car show in progress, an area roped off for the classic cars. A rattle-trap Ford Focus pulled into the roped area, and a disheveled employee got out and shuffled off toward the restaurant. Clearly there are management issues going on here that they are not interested in hearing about, and its been going on for years. Well continue to vote with our money and eat elsewhere. Too many good restaurants in the area to tolerate such bad service at this price point.

Unless youre drinking alcohol or a regular dont sitcat the bar Stephanie is working youll get ignored and made to feel a bother. It was dead except for a hand full of regular and employees sitting at the end of the bar which she stayed at talking with. While I got no refills on my tea and I otder extra wet wings which were dry after 5 minutes I finally got her attention and asked for some extra bbq she said it costs extra and never put in for it. Then a older couple comes in and sits by me which she knows and comes right over with thier drinks before they even ask and starts tellong them about her car bring repoed in the parking lot. Wtf

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat but the last few times Ive been there the food quality has dropped drastically. The food is never fresh or hot. You can tell the fried foods have been sitting because they are soggy and dried out. Im not sure if this is an issue of the food not being made to order or the food not being ran to the table as soon as its ready. Whatever the case, its a bummer because I used to love this place. The food would be delicious if it was just hot.

If I was into cars, hogs and back yard parties this place would be great. So, clearly I am biased. There was a time this might have appealed to me. Also, I dont think a "sit-down" joint should serve sauces and dressing in prepackaged disposable ramekins. So, to be fair, it just isnt the way I like my food or an atmosphere where I would want to eat. But, I know plenty of people who love the place. Gotta try it at least once, I guess.

The food was great, although our appetizer came to our table wrong our server was wonderful and a new was brought out very quickly. Our server was absolutely wonderful tonight and definitely made us want to come back! He was very kind and considerate. He was at our table just enough, and always made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Wonderful experience!!!

I hate watching my beer sit on the bar for 8min when Im parched and 10ft away. Service was slow. Wings tasted good but were merely luke warm on delivery. One tiny packet of ranch with 12 wings and and extra 10min to get another. Price was fair, server was nice. Wont return. Seems all these chains have lost effort. Just mulling along waiting to be knocked out of business by the next.

Spent 40 bucks on cold food... When i Received my caesar salad it was not tossed in dressing... Was not impressed with the guest service.. It was my first quaker steak and lube experience and i was disappointed. The warmest part of my meal was the frys.. I feel like if my meal was warm it would have been better.. I do not plan on returning..

Since its been open, Ive tried every flavor of wings, except the atomic, and love almost every one. Delicious sauces, and endless wings Tuesdays makes for a nice evening. Especially with the theater right down the street and their cheap movies all day Tuesday. Love this restaurant.

They have a good variety of food that is gluten free. I have to look for that when I eat out. Wings and sauces ,ribs French fries. Fun place to go and the service is always good. Great bike nights on Wednesday night. Music is usually very good. Nice outside patio and outside bar.

Thoroughly impressed! I brought my friend to eat here with me for both our first times. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and the service was all done in a timely manner for a reasonable price! Excellent. This place has BWWs beat by a LONG SHOT!

The first time I had visited this location, it was awful. We got dirty dishes, and extremely poor service, while surrounding tables got great servive. The manager made it right with us, and the next time we went, it was much more of a pleasant experience.

Food was ok. Nothing special and my waitress was so rude I mentally battled with myself to leave her a tip. I only did because I live off tips. I dont know her name but she was older with greg hair, glasses and wore a black hat.... Will not be going back

Usually we have a good time here with no issues. The food is always great, and they brought back boom boom. This visit was different. We have been here for about an hour and only got one order, that wasnt correct. The service is horrible this visit.

This is such an awesome bar with great wings and a car show every weekend! Fun place to hang out with friends or meet new people. This is popular with the locals but attracts a crowd from all around especially on the weekends.

Such a great location. I live closer to Florence QS but choose to go to the this because the food is so much better here! I highly recommend going for wings on Tuesday around lunch and ask for SeaJay, shes the best!

Great Place to eat ,great food. My 2yr old Grandson was excited about the motorcycles, he couldnt stop pointing them out and making sounds like a motorcycle. Our server was awesome.

First time here. Brought me the wrong sauce on my wings, couldnt eat them all. Service was below average at the bar. Dont sit near the outdoor patio door at the bar, VERY SMOKEY!

Quality of service varies, as does the quality of wings. Hard to beat the sheer variety of sauces though, great for after work happy hour with all you can eat wings on Tuesday
