Very disappointed! Im here at Mint with friends and we had enjoyed coming here since Koto had closed and its hard to find a good sushi place. Id like to think that Im a reasonable guy and I ordered a roll that was different from the standard menu and my server said hed check to see if they could make it. Unbeknownst to me he delivered the roll, however the manager told the server to add an additional charge. Needless to say I was surprised to see the additional charge without my knowledge. I then asked to speak to the manager about the misunderstanding. If I would have know there was an additional charge perhaps I would have agreed or order something else, however the manager blamed the waiter. Although he should have come back and told me that there would be an additional charge the attitude of the manager came across as very arrogant and did not accept his level of responsibility to train them because I ask him if he trained them as his arrogant attitude was very evident. After some time.. I received my bill and the additional charge was not removed. After talking to the manager about their lack of removing the charge he did not care about what had happened to me or to the waiter. I will not be going back and it is my hope that this review will teach him that customer service and his responsibility to train his staff is important and there are other option and let him feel the pain and learn! My husband and I had went to see a play yesterday (Tuesday) evening and were very hungry afterwards. We did not get to Mint until 9:25 pm (Mind you they close at 10pm) I typically hate going to restaurants right before closing because I assume the workers have plans and I hate to make them run late on account of our late eating. I was BEYOND IMPRESSED by the service and quality of our sushi. Our server was AMAZING and unfortunately I cannot for the life of me remember his name. He was very professional and very patient with us as we selected our appetizer, rolls, and drinks. The sushi was some of the best sushi I have eaten in Cincinnati. Overall I am very very pleased with our meal and we were not at all hurried to finish because they were closing. Thank you Mint for a great meal!!!

They ruined our date night with TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They rushed us SO much I literally got sick!!! Then I asked to speak to the manger and he didnt even apologize, he just made up excuses for the terrible service!!! SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY and go to Cincinnati SUSHI LOUNGE!!!!!! Its completely amazing and half price sushi every day!!! Sushi lounge has great service unlike mint which might be the WORST customer service Ive ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $45 dollars for 3 rolls and 27 min of our time later Im so bummed we chose Mint!!!!!! Should have stuck to the great sushi place we already found! Total let down

Service was good, but the sushi is way overpriced. A roll with just tempura shrimp is $7. They have a california roll topped with crab salad that I thought would be special because it was a $13 roll. There were not many people there either of the times that I went. The atmosphere, quality of sushi, and overall experience was really lacking. Overall, the sushi is just too expensive for what you are getting. Ill look for other sushi in the area before heading back to Mint.

Family owned fine dining! The staff is second to none. I couldnt believe the sushi chefs remembered me. I cant say enough great things about this delicious place! Make sure to keep our local family owned businesses in business by doing business with them. Its nice to have a place to go to that isnt some run of the mill franchise that treats you like a number. Oh and the food is delicious and presented beautifully!! And now Im hungry! Lol

The service is excellent. My husband I have tried several different dishes during our various visits and have always enjoyed the absolutely delicious food. My favorite is the Seafood Dynasty entree. Cocktails are excellent here too. The atmosphere is modern and the restaurant is spotless. It is so enjoyable to go to a restaurant that is really clean. It is a special treat to have this restaurant in the Milford/Eastgate area!

EAT HERE... This is not your average Chinese/Thai take out joint... it is in another league. Customer service is always on level 10, always clean, and well put together inside. Food is fantastic, prices are easily merited, and reasonable! The owner and staff will treat you like a rock star! The best restaurant in Milford! If youre in Cincinnati, skip PF Changs, and come to Mint. -Loyal customer

So I dont like rating a place five stars unless they are a bona fide five star establishment (which this place is not). That said the food was absolutely excellent (though for my tastes Id prefer it spicier than they make it) with a great variety and reasonable prices. I highly recommend it, especially if you like Thai food.

Welcoming, attentive service from the wait staff. Food is consistently excellent, with variable spiciness of one to five, five being the hottest. Very good food for a low price. Great presentation of food, and upscale-style atmosphere. Ive never been disappointed eating here.

Good experience. Good food. Wait staff was professional and quick. Hostess was very nice and cordial and rather adorable when she complimented my horrible singing voice when I was goofing around at my table. Clean restaurant! Nice atmosphere with good music in the bac.

Ordered crab ragoon bite into it and pulled out a giant piece of plastic from the premixed stuffing. Manager never came over to apologize and all they did was comp the ragoons. The sushi was over priced and and very small quantity. Wont ever go here again.

Great food selection and sushi menu, and the food is excellent. Have ordered a number of dishes and havent had a bad one yet. The Oreo dessert is a must. Very nice decor inside.
