Let me start out by saying, every.single.time i order fron this location it takes FOREVER to get my food... but today did it for me, i will never again order a thing from this place. It started out with the woman answering the phone being so rude... which is typical for this store so i shrugged it off and placed an order for 2 sandwiches, told it would take 45 min. Ok, fine i can deal with a 45 min wait. An hour and 20 min passes so i call to ask what the hold up is, then am told by the same rude woman that my order is on the way. Ok , 20 min later still nothing, so i call back to cancel my order and a very nice different girl apologized and tells me the manager is personally driving my order to me and its free. 10 min later a guy calls me to say hes at my door with my order but alas nobody is at my door so i again call back up there to tell them about the phone call and she says a guy? My manager is a woman she should be there, well guess what? Shes not! Finally some young boy knocks on the door with my food trying to charge me for it!!! I tell him they said it was free but now he starts getting lipy with me for being upset about my 2 hour wait wanting a tip!!! I work in a restaurant and i am appalled by the so called "service" i recieved. I will never in my life give this establishment a dime out of my pocket, it was terrible! Not to mention the food was cold from sitting so long sandwiches over cooked too hard to eat and the fries were barely cooked at all!

I love their food but this location has turned more into a loud bar scene than a restaurant. Dont get me wrong I love that it has a bar and TV but every time I try to come enjoy a meal with either my family or just my husband its so loud from all the obnoxious people at the bar that you cant even hear the person next to you. I have been to other locations and the environment is not like this. I guess they would rather bring the money of the bar in more than customers who just want to enjoy a meal. Its sad I really love the food but I guess I will have to enjoy it from delivery at home.

I just got my hair cut at All for Guys and walked into Grammas after to take a couple of pizzas and some wings home for my family. Unfortunately, at least three employees looked me right in the eye and said absolutely NOTHING! No "be right with you", no "have you been helped?" I just stood there at the take out pickup window for 5 minutes while employees answered the phones and completely ignored me. So I drove to Mios. That was my first and last time at Grammas Pizza. No customer service!

Loud, drunk people yelling and singing loudly in the bar, every time we go to this location the service is terrible, no rush to get you taken care of, had to ask several times for refills, always have had pleasant experiences at Owensville and Amelia locations. Seems like the ones has turned into more of a bar scene. Was not comfortable having my kids there.

Waited over an hour for our food then after the delivery guy finally made it after 3 calls because he couldnt find us on a main road the food was cold and not all there. Then we spoke with the manager or owner who offered to remake after telling me that I was going to have to wait awhile because he was slammed. Will never order there again!

Stop! Its the same address as the grammas pizza that sat in shambles for years. But its a new and improved building and staff. Great food. Great quality. The manager is very professional. Gave me one of my pizzas free and made me a new one because "he" didnt like how it looked..... Ownership like that is rare these days. Thumbs up to them.

The only reason Im giving it two stars is because of the food. Other then that their service sucks all the way around. I live like 5 minutes from the location and it took an hour a half for a medium pizza! On a Monday night around 4:30pm. Thats horrible. How in the hell does it take an hour and 20 minutes to make the pizza?

Just watched the waitress stand at one table chatting/flirting for 10 minutes while we received no service. No welcome, no drinks, no recognition we even existed. Oh, and the music was unbearably loud when it would sporadically play. Horrible experience. Will not be going back.

Wish negative stars was a thing. Food is mediocre. Staff is rude. Was given an attitude when I asked for garlic butter which is EXTRA. Im sorry if Im paying you $9 for a calzone I think it might be okay to give me a 15 cent sauce. Wont be back. Rather go to Jetz or Snappy.

I love love love the pizza! However I hate their customer service it is consistently horrible at this location. The women that work there are rude and act as if your a bother! I wouldnt recommend this location. The other location on 125 has very good customer service!

I only get the steak hoagies and they are the best. I have seen people complain in reviews about the service but the place really wasnt a sit in place until the new location has been open. Behind the counter people have always been nice. Fries are also good.

Have been going to Grammas since I was a little child. Moved to Indiana and my family make the trip back every 3 months or so just to get the hoagies and pizza!! Best anywhere!! Wish they would open one here in Indiana close to where we live! :)

Received delivery order..It was completely wrong ( not the 1st time )...called to make them aware was treated very rudely... poor poor customer service..done with this store...will drive to Withiamsville location from now on...

Rude. Waited for an obnoxiously vindictive bartender/waitress who smelled like an ashtray to come serve us. She threw the straws and the plates down on the table and bolted. Seriously questioning whether my food will be spat on.

I agree with the comments about staff being rude. The girls that answer the phones are always rushing you and they often sound like they are annoyed. I never have an issue with service when I go in and place my order directly.

Love Grandmas food however I do not like the Amelia or the Bethel locations I find them to seem dirty the employees to be rude and not a fan of pulling up to a restaurant and seeing employees smoking at the entrances

Love Grammas Pizza!!! New location is very nice. All pizza, hoagies, calzones and everything else this location has to offer are superb! Friendly staff and management just make the experience so pleasant!

The pizza is really good, but they are super slow at this spot. Ordering to go is the best option if youre in a hurry, but dont think about dining in (yikes!) or having it delivered (double yikes!).

The hotel I was staying at suggested this pizza shop. We only ate a few slices because it just didnt have a good taste. Not sure if it was the sauce of the cheese but just didnt do it for us.
