Ordered slushes and popcorn chicken. We got our slushes, the cashier said nothing. We are waiting and waiting and waiting, three people look at us. I blew my horn to get their attention, after the THIRD horn they come to the window. I mention waiting on chicken, he proceeds to say it takes so long to cook. I hear laughing and cursing through the closed window. I understand that it takes so long to cook, completely, what I dont understand is why the girl would just walk away without informing us. Needless to say, I didnt eat the chicken. Maybe you shouldnt staff your shifts with all young people. Or teach them common customer service.

I like to go to Sonic when the weather is nice. We sit at the picnic table and order from the speaker near the tables. Sometimes they get the order wrong but they will fix it. You can order from your car. To the best of my memory I think they bring the order out by rollerskating. There is no dine in or bathrooms.

Food was okay but the service was a little odd. Lady at the window was like freaking out because of their computer system went down for like 2 minutes and she was yelling and screaming. Very inappropriate if you ask me. Maybe train people on how to respond better in certain situations in front of customers.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 min and didnt move once...went to a station where you hit the button. I wanted one drink....waited another 10 min for one drink... Good thing I had time to kill...always takes forever here...regardless of the time...I dont get it.

Slightly frustrating that there is a sign on the front of the building that says, "drive thru open 24 hrs" when I attempt to get something to drink at 7:50am after waiting for about 10 minutes before someone comes over the intercom to tell me they open at 8.

Slow service, rude employees and once again my order was incorrect. The employees seemed as though I bothered them when I told them my order was wrong. Waited another ten minutes for cold food and melted ice cream. I will be contacting the manager !

The billboard promoted half price drinks, shakes and custard. However after we order they advise the custard wasnt half price and refuse to honor what was posted on the billboard.

Exactly what one would expect in a drive inn. The day we went they werent busy so we got our food within 5 minutes and it was rather tasty compared to usual.
