Theyre SERVICE SUCK!! The food is "okay" its not good enough to have someone waiting a hour for it tho.. I tried to call my order in no one answered the phone.. Get there and the lobby is closed so we try the drive thru.. it was 2 cars in front of us & when we made to the box to order finally no one even spoke or greeted us at all waited 20 min constantly saying excuse me, helllloooo still nothing fed up I no longer wanted ANYTHING they had to offer but we couldnt leave.... the drive thru is too small to pass & at that point couldnt back up either someone was behind us.. The smell in their thru alone we was enough to call the health department.. Its truly Sad Im from Chicago & love JJs Fish but this place I refuse to visit again & will tell EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO WASTE THEIR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE FRAUDS!!!

Chicken is good and so is the fish. Service is ghettofied. My problem is I made my purchase there with my new ATM card and much to my suprise I received a text alert from my bank of a large withdrawal the next day. I went to bank and was told they are almost 100% sure that the greyhound bus ticket purchased was made from someone working in the store being it was the only time the card left my hand. I went to the store to speak with the owner but he refused to speak with me. Was it him that made the fraudulent transaction, or one of his workers? Well I reported it to the police and the Iteam. Whatever happens will happen, as long as I get my money back. Just beware!

Fish was cooked too hard! I had a pick-up order because I was on lunch from work. I was very displeased with food. I called the manager to inform him, not to receive a refund, but to allow them to know so that they wont continue to make the same mistake. He, like the food, was unpleasant. I believe in supporting small businesses and even giving feed back but this establishment will not be receiving any of my business! Warning to others: Please check your order by tasting it because it looked beautiful,but the taste was not good. I advised them to cook the fish for 3-5 minutes instead of 10-12.

I wish I could put a 0 star for this particular restaurant. Dont get me wrong I love JJ Fish food but this location gave me so raw chicken and how they acted towards me because I was upset was very unprofessional!! My daughter had a party and I had pizza and ordered wings here and nobody notice the chicken was not fully cooked until I said something by that time all the kids at the party ate most of the wings. I just pray none of the girls get sick.. I wont ever eat here again!!

I so love this place. When I say cook it extra crispy they do just that. They have recently switched owners and it shows. Im not sure if its good or bad but you can tell the difference. The food is ALWAYS FRESH AND HOT, and the ladies that work there are the BEST. THEY GIVE YOU A COMFORTABLE VIBE. MY GO TO SPOT, NO QUESTIONS.

EVERYONE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE REFUND. Went there with my sister we waited for about 20 minutes or longer and they still gave me the wrong order. I ordered the chicken wings and nuggets and received chicken wings and gizzard. They need to double check orders and elaborate on their menu.

Ok... Small portions for the price. Onion rings were an extra $1 and there were only 7 on the plate. Fish was good if u like it fried hard, like corn meal batter. Shrimp tasted cheap and almost artificial. Hush puppies should have came with it instead of paying $2 for a side. Small container of cole slaw.

The food is usually decent but the service and wait time is ridiculous. Just waited on hold for 15 minutes before just hanging up. I could hear her taking or order after order so I tried being patient. But after 15 minutes it was not even worth it. This is not the first or second time.

This location is scheduled to close at midnight however they should post they close at 11 pm. The employees watch customers come to the restaurant door and drive through and laugh and ignore them. Thats a great way to improve revenue!!!! Very displeased!!!!!!

Food was very good it is cook to order and the staff was friendly and gave us free drinks for waiting for our order. We did not expect it either, they just did for us having to wait for our order. I think the service is great and the desserts are excellent.

Terrible service. I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes without someone taking my order. I drove up to the window and still no one came to the window and said Ill be right with or nothing. I wont be visiting this location or recommending anybody.

The food is great. There is always a high volume of customers therefore the wait time is lengthy, but thats the whole point of a business. I wouldnt expect my food to come out fast because this is not a fast food restaurant and it is cooked fresh.

Just recently moved here to Atlanta from Florence, South Carolina and was recommended to try JJ Fish and Chicken by my property manager. Tried them out and have been hooked on them every since. Very good food and excellent customer service.

Great food! Cooked at time of order! And very affordable, I placed an order for 5 people with seperate entrees and 4 out of the 5 meals came with fries, I still only paid 33.00
