I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings and was thrilled to see that Middletown would be getting one! So todays experience was a little less than what I had in mind. I walk in and the hostess stand was full of servers and hostess paying less attention to the the people walking in and more to their assigned tables for the day. As shift changes were probably happening this is expected but as a past hostess/server myself I know that as long as a customer is in front of you they are priority. As I get directed to the to go area the girl working is on the phone taking a phone order, she gets off the phone and I tell her what Im in for and the phone rings, rather than saying anything to me she drops me altogether with a finger to my face to tell me to wait, and answers the call ignoring my presence wholly. I spoke to the manager, Rocky and he handled it very professionally and I felt as though he understood my frustration and as a new restaurant there will be these things. But please keep in mind that as a customer is leaving and still in ear shot its not a good idea to ask "What was she complaining about?" I dont like confrontation or being that customer, so to gossip as Im leaving was just the nail in the coffin. I dont know if I will be coming back which sucks as a huge bdubbs fan.

As soon as we walked in, the greeters were very friendly. They offered my daughter a tablet to play with while we waited, then to play with at the table. It was pretty busy in there, so I expected a little wait. Didnt realize it would be ten minutes before our waitress would even greet us, as she was more concerned about a larger party that she had. Food was okay, what Im used to for a bww but the waitress was awful. Only came by our table twice with my husband getting one refill on his drink, and I was never offered one. When she finally came back to our table the last time, she asked if we were done. I said we have been done, and never got drinks refilled. She made no attempt for refills and threw the check to the table as she walked by. The manager was sitting at a table not far from mine, so I approached her to tell her of the poor service. She didnt seem bothered by it either, and our waitress wanted to argue about her lack of customer service. I will never be back to this location, and this was the first time I had been to this one since it opened.

We came in around 4 pm. Were seated fairly promptly. Our waitres was outstanding. I wish I could remember her name. She was a middle aged black woman and was awesome with our food, drink refills and was super nice to my 4 kids! Food came out quick and was fine. I will say the "hot" sauced chicken was sooo hot! My husband and I always get hot wings at other chicken joints, and I could not finish mine. Way too hot for me! Id go medium or just ask for sauce on the side to test before you cover your meat in it! All in all it was good food, but not worth the money to me. We spent $65 before a $15 tip on a small boneless wing, med traditional wing, basket of loaded wedges 3 kids meals, a Pepsi and a tea! Id recommend driving 10 minutes to Springboro and going to roosters on st rt 73. Not an $80 meal in my opinion! Giving it a 4 because service was great, the food taste is personal preference. This was my first time at ANY BW3, so I cant compare this location to other bw3s.

Being brand new, the place was very clean and big screens are everywhere. The food is the same as any other in the franchise. My wife and I almost went somewhere else when we saw that they had a no firearms policy. I feel like this is a huge slap in the face for their normal target audience. Men who like violent sports and wings seem to be the same type to have their CCW. Obviously they should not be drinking if they are carrying, but Im surprised the franchise took it upon themselves to decide what is safe and what is not for their customers. I can get wings and a game anywhere, so they have lost my business until the policy changes. However, if this is not a concern of yours, its a BDubs.

This store is fairly new and Ive never been there before. I ordered online and asked to pick it up at 5 oclock. When I got there it wasnt quite ready yet but the two ladies running the pick up register were super helpful and very kind. They answered all of my questions and help me sign up for the new Blazing Rewards and they had the general air of knowing what they were doing. I ordered the sampler; it was a lot of food for the price I paid and it was piping hot when I got it. I super appreciate how fast efficient they were and I cant wait to go back.

The server over charged me by ten dollars on a 27.50 bill. I went with one other person i ordered a small boneless wing 10.49 and she ordered a Caesar salad 9.49 and we each got a soda drink. My bank recorded it at 37.50. I left the tip, which was plenty, on the table and that scum added a 1 to the $0.00 on the tip line and changed my $27.50 on the total line to $37.50. Never going here again terrible people. She is the scum of the earth to do that to a person and there is no way im the only victim.

For the second time in 3 weeks, a chicken wrap was ordered and it was ice cold. Not cooked. Sarah, the manager at the time, came out to our table and said it was being re-made. She did not apologize for the situation, just explained it was being re-made. Sarah acted as if it was our fault the food was prepared wrong. Jenny, the bartender and our waitress at our table, was able to make it right. Buffalo wild wings needs to put a Restaurant Manager in the restaurant.

I guess I dont get any food today. Hour and ten minutes. This is a live review. 7:57pm Aug 6, 2017. Im wondering how long thisll take. Edit: 9:11. Still here. Still waiting. Interesting, isnt it. Not going to say anything. Just giving the live review. Edit: 9:23. Just cancelled my order. No, I dont want it to go. Edit: 9:36. Aaaaand Im out. Cant even complete a meal at this place. This isnt the first time theyve been messed up. Its their MO. And I wont be back.

My boyfriend and I came here tonight for dinner, & our service was great but the food was not. We came here a couple weeks ago & our fries had looked and tasted like they dumped a whole bowl of salt on them, they were sparkling there was so much salt on them & then tonight both of our boneless wings were cold and harder than a rock. I think Im going to stick to the Mason location from now on. Neither of us have ever had a problem with any bdubs but this one.

Stopped in to eat dinner. Was told the wait would be 30 mins. At 30 mins we checked in with the host to see how much longer and were told we would have to wait another 30-45 more mins. There were open tables all over the restaurant. When we pointed this out to the host we were told, "were doing the best we can." We even offered to split up our party and were still told 30-45 more mins. Poorly run restaurant and horrible customer service. Will not go back.
