This place wins the award for the worse service I have ever experienced. I wish I could give a zero. We walked in later in the evening and the lady who runs the front finally came out of the back to seat us. The waitress put in the appetizer and decided to spend the next 20 minutes with the table next to us. She came back to take the order for 2 salads which took them another 20 minutes to make. This place was not crowded so you would expect faster service. After the waitress brought the salads, that was the last we saw of her. After waiting several minutes for the bill, I asked another server for it and he said he didnt have access to it and would let our server know. I walked up to the front counter and was repeatedly ignored. The blond head woman and our server (who wore the unprofessional farmer overalls) should be terminated if you value your business and customers.

Went last weekend (March 22, 2014) and we got a table quicker than expected, so I asked the server to find my husband who was ordering drinks at the bar. Waiter found my husband and offered to bring the drinks to the table, so my husband specifically asked, "Can you put these drinks on our bill?" and server said, "Sure." Server brought the drinks, and as we were looking at the menu, the bartender came out from behind the bar to accuse us of not paying for the drinks we ordered. She said it would come out of her pocket and made a scene at our table. We told her the server OFFERED to put them on our table bill, and she didnt believe us. Scolded us again and then she walked away. Server came over to get our food order and we said, "Were leaving." RIDICULOUS. Is this what they call Customer Service?

Great food at a decent price The double stack burger was massive & juicy but lacked basic seasoning. The tomato soup was great with a nice spicy kick, but the bacon grilled cheese could have used more cheese. Otherwise, they both tasted great. Starters & mains came out at the same time. We were given an app that was totally incorrect, but the kitchen came out to deliver the correct item and came back later to check on us. Nice touch! If the seasoning & timing were better I would give this place 5 stars!

I was at Fox & Hound to attend a birthday party for an adult co-worker. The facility definitely met our needs. The food was terrific (and provided right on time), the staff had a fun attitude that contributed to the festivities, and we had a separate room to ourselves. If I were in Mason, and I was planning an adult birthday party, I definitely would put Fox & Hound high on the list for consideration.

Went here yesterday with my wife and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! We loved the music videos playing. They were having an 80s music video theme and it was great to reminisce together! Also, the food was great, the beer selection was even better and the waitress who helped us, Kayla, was fantastic. The bar is very clean and the food and beer selection is huge. A great place for any occasion!

Good food, good drinks, and good service. The people here always great you with a smile. They have several things to do while you drink (pool, ping pong, games). It is an easy place to hang out not too loud but not too quiet either. They do have an out door seating area as well as a main room with a bar and two rooms off the main room where they have the games.

Best food EVER! Seriously. I normally get the chicken skewers with their homemade ranch dressing and its one of the best meals from a restaurant that Ive ever had. I dont know what this marinade is, but its bomb. All of the food is really good there. Also, I dont know my servers name but was very good and funny. Definitely recommend.

Very nice environment, laid back bartender and vibe, great rewards program, and very good burger. The voodoo burger with parmesan fries was my meal if choice the first time, and its enough to get me going back every Thursday, when they have $4 burgers. I cant wait to go on Sunday, to try their half rack of ribs.

Someone name one thing that makes this place different from any other restaurant around here. Basic processed food, standard drinks and normal dark atmosphere. I wont be writing home about the place. The name is cool but this is same as AppleBees just with a different name and of lesser quality.

Tuesday is the only good night with $2 drafts. The food is just okay but overpriced. The place is always packed. But beware of the dwarf barmaid, Barbie, She runs her mouth a lot and its usually gossip about other people and their sex habits.

This place smells like stale cigarette smoke, overpriced food, nonexistent service, I had to go to the bar to order our food and bring it back to the table myself. Food was good but not worth $22 for two sandwiches.

Great selection of beer. Service is very inconsistent. Food is good (wings are bad) but little pricy. Tuesday and Thursdays are really good although they had better parties on Thursday night in the past.
