This Milford Ruby Tuesday location is especially nice! Clean and pleasant atmosphere, music is upbeat, and food is always served hot and delicious! My husband and I always get the salad bar, so many things to choose from! Four choices of chilled fresh garden greens, with a huge selection of salad additions including kale, lots of fresh veggies, broccoli, beans, fruits, nuts, freshly grated cheeses, hummus, homemade potato and pasta salads, served with a wide array of delicious homemade salad dressings, pita bread crisps, warm flatbread and crutons! All of the servers are extremely nice and friendly, and they will remember your previous visit preferences every time. Your order will always be correct no matter how picky you may be! The manager, Frank, is always visible and very pleasant, taking the time to check on your visit, or just to chat for a few moments! We love this Ruby Tuesday and the people there!

So disappointed. Went to this Ruby Tuesdays tonight and the meal was really not good at all. The salad bar was okay, just average. Several years ago it seemed to be more interesting to me. But, all the lettuces looked very fresh. However, we both had burgers, I had one of the new pretzel bun burgers and my husband had one of the prime burgers. The bun looked as if someone sat on it and my burger was only placed half on the bun, very sloppy looking. The burger itself was terrible. My husbands looked a bit better but his bun looked pretty bad also. The French fries were truly awful; I didnt even eat mine. Very small serving of very over cooked and cold fries. The best thing was the very nice waitress; I didnt have the heart to tell her how bad the food was. We are unlikely to return for a very, very long time.

We typically really like RT locations, but this one didnt do a very good job on our visit. Pitchers from the previous guests were still on the table when we were seated (and we had to ask for them to be removed), I had to look through 3-4 salad bar plates before I found a clean one, fish was served raw and had to be returned, and another persons bill was in the jacket that was brought to our table.

I took my date here today (Valentines Day) because she loves Ruby Tuesday. Food was tasty but service was terrible. Our waitress (Ariel) messed up my girlfriends order and then continued to give us dirty looks through out our meal. I consider myself an overtipper and usually pretty cheery with all waiters and waitresses however she was not having any of it and was rude. Will not return.

Food was good. Worst service Ive ever had. Our table didnt receive rolls until we were there for half an hour with our food already ordered, waitress brought out the wrong food which then had to be taken back. We were brought our correct order 20 minutes later. When it came time to pay the waitress charged us for the wrong food which took another 10 minutes to correct.

We sat at the bar and the bartender disappeared so the manager made us some less than stellar drinks. But when she came back she hooked our next drinks up nice. The food sucked. Got appetizers that tasted about a day old. But they took care of it. All was well at this decent place that is never that busy.

perhaps if they took of their tablecloths, unwrapped the silverware, turned on some music, lowered prices, & cooked good food this restaurant would be worth returning too! really upsetting for a family on a budget to waste $50 on a crappy meal & boring time & during happy hour none the less! go applebees!

Food was excellent, service was great! Decor could be updated, including tables, chairs and overall ambience. The prices are appropriate for the food and service but not the wrapped silverware and cafeteria style tables and vinyl tablecloths.

You have to grade any chain on a curve, and as Ruby Tuesday goes, this is a pretty good one. They bring out the food fast enough and the salad bar is typically fresh.
