This Canal Winchester buffalo wild wings is my neighborhood restaurant and its very disappointing that more times than not when I go there, the service has been poor. I went there twice in the last 3 weeks since I do like the wings, but the first time I sat down at the bar, by myself, wanting just some wings and a beer. The bartender didnt smile, say hi, looked pissed at the world and said in the most annoyed voice "what do you want to drink?" I said just a water and asked for a menu. The other bartender and her were glaring at each other as he said, "I was supposed to get that one." So he got my water and wasnt much friendlier. Since I didnt want to deal with that and it was FREEZING inside, I left, went to the hostess stand and asked to be sat outside where the poor waitress was slammed by herself with all the outside tables. Needless to say, service wasnt great, but she was nice. Tonight I come in, asked to be sat outside, sit there for over 10 minutes, ungreeted, then decide to leave and go to Jimmie Johns. Extremely frustrating experience, so Ill be going to the Reynoldsburg one next time.

The food was good but took forever to be made. Waiter had a poor attitude. Seemed to be stuck up. My grand total was $56 I gave my card did partial payment Of $43 and some change I gave a $20 bill to take care of the rest LEAVING ME WITH $7 and some change to be returned to me After i gave $20 waiter disappeared as if we werent gunna have our due amount returned i followed up with manager about waiter and our money I was under the impresion that he was going to keep that $7 to profit off of I felt that he was trying to be a sneaky thief...... stealing money really im never going to this bdubs location again!!

Horrible Horrible service food wasnt cooked appropriately as asked by the customer as well as sm dried up buffalo chips tht Caitlin brought out. As I watched her and another bartender/server Chris cater to those other customers 2 other gentlemen came in behind me they were waiting on food as well. The unprofessional acts of ur emplyees were horrible wonder why it wz a hr bfore closing and Caitlin wz very clear in conversation with others she wz ready togo and win shes done shes outta here WOW!!! Took forever to get out party of 13 (4 adults and 9 children 1-11) seated even though it was slow. There was plenty of space yet instead, they waited for a similar size party to finish, leave and reset those tables for us. We waited over 15 minutes, which makes no sense when we finally were seated and saw that there were plenty of empty tables they could have easily put together for our party. However, the food was up to BWW standards and the waitress was great.

Not just your standard 5 star rating. I have been enjoying BW3s for years. I have been frequent to this location for 4 years now. Excellence starts at superior management, as a result the staff shine. There food is best here. If you are not familiar with the menu. It is pub food with a regional twist. Delicious wings, there dessert nachos are a personal favorite

You all know what your getting with buffalo wild wings in most cases. Some decent food and great television, and always some good beer. Ive been to this location twice..... ITS THE BEST LOCATION IVE EVER BEEN TOO. The food is amazing( and thats saying a lot for a guy who has been to a lot of Bdubs), the service is great and the staff is very friendly. I recommend to everyone.

This is a great place to take your family or your business clients. Our company RE/MAX ONE had a wonderful experience holding a recent charity fundraiser on their patio with great music, cold drinks and hot wings! Their wait staff are attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. Steve the General Manager is a great guy an fun to work with on our charity project.

Place is not full of friendly people. The food is OK and thats what matters. But a friendly staff would be nice. I went to the rest room and heard one of the servers talking bad about her tables. Just bunch of fake smiles in front of immature faces. Management Needs to train their people to not speak badly of people so loudly.

Food was great and they were able make a couple off menu tweaks to their items that made them better they custom made a mango sweet tea and when I asked if they had chipotle sauce they made it with chipotle seasoning and ranch. Great service refilled drinks without asking and were friendly

Bartenders were horrible. Was too busy worrying about themselves and the service orders. Had to ask to order, let me run out of beer and had to tell the bartender I wanted another beer. The bartender had a attitude with me when I let her know I wanted to cash out. Food was good.

Absolutely the slowest kitchen and service around. The place wasnt even busy and it took over 20 minutes to get an appetizer. After waiting over 20 minutes after our appetizer came out and our food no where near done still. We requested our check and left.

My waitress Tabatha was fabulous. So nice and attentive. Best B Dubs Ive been in. I really love how this one has family dinning away from the bar..I definitely will return..The food was perfect along with the atmosphere..

I was picking up a to go order. It was a little busy due to Buckeyes game but service was pretty good. Im in Pickerington between 2 locations and thus was much better service than the Reynoldsburg locarion.

Our server "Jelly" was great, always smiling, very attentive, and accommodating with our special request. I have never had a bad experience at a B-dubs, but this was by far the best yet.

Kids night is great.. 99 cent kids meals, ice cold beer and the balloon artist is there every week...easy call for something to do on a Wednesday night.
