Emily, the store Manager has a horrible attitude & the employees of this location seem to agree as they are consistently talking about how much they are upset with their working conditions because of their Manager. The Consensus is that she is a poor leader with an attitude, and that is the tone that she sets. Its a shame, the employees are all real personalities, but their manager sets a negative tone in the shop and they are not as cheery as they were with the previous manager. Waiting for her to be on her way out. Ill drive the extra 2 miles to go to the Parma store, where Jaclyn does a great job!

I love going to the Starbucks it is a nice Starbucks theyre very nice people there but just today I had talked to a guy on the phone from Starbucks in Ridgepark Square and I asked him if the super secret menu was true or not and he told me that it was just some guy who created it it wasnt Starbucks even if that wasnt true about the secret menu which Im sure it is he could have at least been much nicer about it than what his attitude was really got me upset he didnt have great customer service at all and maybe it was just today but it just really made me upset !

I LOVE Starbucks! But it makes me so uncomfortable to come in this one here. So much attitude or maybe its just me. I always tip and smile politely so I deserve at least a smile or acknowledgement. They also hate special request because I watched them argue with someone upset that they burnt and smashed her doughnut. Thats why I decided to write a review maybe someone can help them to work out there issues or find a new line of work. Sorry that they are unhappy with their job but its your job to be friendly and make coffee. Im just saying.

The guy at the counter was super nice but rung my drink up wrong. When I brought it to the batista attention she poured the grande drink into a trenta cup and added a small amount. Of cold brew then stuffed it with ice. I asked them to remake it because she basically just added ice and the batista was super sparky. Ive never had such crappy service from a start bucks. They usually just get it right the first time.

The people that work here are AMAZING! Theyre all super friendly and certainly know how to make everything delciously. I feel like part of the family when I go in. And if Im unsure of what I want, they always suggest something that makes me think "tbats exactly what I want!" I could go on, but instead just GO THERE ALREADY. By far the best Starbucks around.

Overall, its just a really small rinky-dink location. But they have improved the seating, so theres that. This one was just short of 5-stars only because of its average "third-place (this is what they refer to as the third place you spend the most time, as in, 1. Home, 2. Work, 3. Starbucks)" appeal.
