I was visiting from Columbus. I regularly get excellent pour overs from my local coffee shop for $2. So I was quite taken aback when I was charged $4.75 here. I said I was getting my coffee "for here" and they ended up giving me a paper cup rather than a mug, which actually worked out because I no longer wanted to stay at that point. The young man in charge of the pour overs was talking loudly on his cell phone literally while in the process of making coffee. The other one was scrambling to run the register and make espresso drinks. He presented me with a cappuccino, which is not at all what I ordered (I ordered the Burundi pour over). He looked totally baffled when I told him thats not what I was waiting on. Shortly thereafter the one on his phone handed me a cup of coffee which I hesitantly accepted; I dont know if it was the one I had ordered or not. What I do know is that it wasnt any good. Not surprising given the negligence of both employees. Im not a hard person to please, and I typically let things like this go. But coffee is something about which Im very passionate, and I expected the people working there to take their jobs seriously, as that seems to be the face that this establishment is trying to present. I was very disappointed.

This place had some amazing coffee. I was in town for business and was told about this place by my hotel. Im glad they did. I had to suffer through sub par coffee from other places until I came to this place. They are very particular about their coffee selections and their extraction methods (pour-over and espresso) seem to be perfectly optimized for the origin. If you come by in the near future, I highly recommend the Guatemalan Finca Santiago as an espresso. One of the best espressos Ive ever had. During my stay I tried all of their pour-overs and espressos and they were all great, but the Guatemalan espresso really stood out to me.

Having never been to Pour and having the convenience of it being right beside my building, I figured I would skip my usual Starbucks run and try it. My coworker and I walked over and were pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and fresh made pastries/donuts. When we ordered 2 iced mochas, we were absolutely stunned to hear the total of $11.00! We tried to still have a positive attitude and assumed they were a large size. To our own dismay, wrong again. They served a tiny cup to us (maybe only 8oz?!) and it was awful. It was so bitter and not the least bit satisfying. Pour was poured out and I will not be getting a refill.

The coffee is awesome. Delicious. It gets 5 stars. The music, which sounds like the soundtrack to "Planet of the Apes", is super weird. I feel like I am on drugs. I like music, many types of music. Ive been here for an hour and I feel like Im trapped in a horror movie... Im about to turn violent. Its a public safety issue, really. I tried light-heartedly making fun of it to the barista... no dice. If this is the last thing I ever write before my brain disintegrates, thank you for making me one last great cup of coffee.

I wonder if its called pour because they pour it on you... they pour it in front of you and very hot coffee was spilled on me. Barista watched it happen and I guess it was too awkward to say anything. Lol. Very good coffee and really cool experience, but dont go expecting frilly drinks. All in all Ill happily go back, and they may even get me to buy one of their adorably over-priced mugs.

The bagel was incredible, and the shop was beautiful. The service was pretty hands off, but as soon as I asked about other stuff to do in the city (Im not from Cleveland) the guy at the register was super helpful and gave us some solid tips. Coffee was good, and youd be hard pressed to find the international roasters that these guys feature anywhere else.

Great place. Nice, clean design. Friendly staff. Great coffee. This is my go-to coffee shop when Im looking for something special. They have an assortment of excellent beans and preparations (hot & cold). The coffee is high-quality and carefully prepared, so it shows in the prices. Dont come here looking for a quick & dirty cheap cup of coffee.

Cool atmosphere and great location! The service is excellent! The gentleman who made my espresso was lovely - very friendly and did a great job choosing a nice espresso for me to try. Its so nice to have options other than Starbucks, especially since it is locally owned and operated. Cleveland Pour "rocks!" :)

Pour offers the high-end coffee experience that makes you feel like youre one of the cool kids. A little pretentious--but isnt every great coffee shop? Location is great and everything is high quality from the coffee to the service to the bagels and pastries. The extra $$ is worth it for every last drop.

I had my first cup of coffee today and it was quite good. Very smooth and not bitter, even a little bit sweet. My understanding is that properly brewed coffee should never be bitter. A cup of the drip pour is $3.50. I wont be going there every day but I look forward to my next cup.

Ducked in to Pour to get out of the cold. Ordered a pour over and had the best cup of coffee Id had while in Cleveland. Great coffee, great staff and very cool space. Some might think it a little pricey but well worth the price if youre looking for great coffee.

My favorite coffee spot in the entire city. The staff are all awesome and extremely knowledgeable. They dont roast their own coffee but they do put a lot of effort into sourcing their beans (they change week to week). Their pour over is my go to.

The coffee at this place lived up to the hype. Unfortunately, prices were a bit steep and the portions of coffee were small, a 6oz cap costing nearly $4, but the atmosphere made up for the cost. Lovely place, will be coming back.

The selection of coffee was great and they had all the right things in there to make you an amazing cup of coffee (or to buy and take home for home brew). Now all the shop needs is a bit of atmosphere!!

Nice break from Starbucks. What a difference in flavor and fragrance! Im curious, though; why so vastly different than coffee Ive enjoyed at other outlets?

Very cool minimalist space, great pour over. Pour did the look of the minimal, white walled coffee house first in the region. The best shop in Cleveland.

Great selection of coffees from some of the best roasters in the world. Attention to detail, and good at their craft. Way to go, Pour!
