Arabica is a coffee house that will stay in business forever. Not because its good, but location, location, location. Located right by all the freshman Case dorms and CIM, it is usually pretty crowded. The coffee is OK, nothing special. Their sandwiches are also overpriced, they have crappy premade sandwich wraps and charge $6 for them. The wait staff is noticeably grumpy, I never feel good when I go there. I feel like Im bothering them. And not accepting credit is annoying too. I like to support local business, but only when they do a good job.

I dont know if this is normal for other cafes in Cleveland but there was no air conditioning inside. The food looked and tastes gross. I ordered a mango smoothie that was $4 and not even close to worth it. I saw the girl make the smoothie out of some crappy from concentrate box juice and ice. I would not have paid more than a $1.50. Also, overall inside the place looked old in a bad way and missing a good clean.

A wonderful coffee house designed architecturally similar to the neighboring Glidden house with wooden tables and floor. This is a lovely place to sit and have coffee while finishing work. It is quiet the way these places should be unlike the chaotic and loud environments in starbucks and co. A nice old fashioned escape where youll actually get work done as everyone around you is doing that.

Came here twice during my short visit of this city of abundant nothingness. Saw the funniest latte art. Lets be honest, coffees here suck. BUT! You dont come here for the coffees. Instead, you come for its spaciousness and your favorite people in University circle. For this reason, I bring home from here only fond memories.

This was a favorite place of mine when I was a grad student at CWRU. The bagels are wonderful, the other baked goods are terrific, the cappuccino is spot-on, and the atmosphere is just what one would want in a coffeehouse adjacent to a university. Plus, the employees there are quite pleasant. I love this place!

The server (owner perhaps?) was very rude. He charged 50 cents for two waters, then threw a fit when I tried to pay with card. I had no cash. He rolled his eyes and snatched the waters away and loudly slammed them on the counter behind him. The coffee/espresso drinks are not worth buying. The food is ok.

Perfect meeting place / study / work spot. Lots of space, extra rooms, free wifi, huge patio for nice weather. Coffee is solid and they sell beans too. Excellent homemade pastries and ready-made sandwiches. Limited hot items. Friendly, quick, cool locale amidst university and museum campuses.

I go here almost every day because its so close to campus. I really like the staff! I would suggest better vegetarian options personally, like maybe including hummus and more beans and veggies in the veggie wrap. However, the vegan chili is AMAZING and I would kill for that recipe.

The staff was rude. We asked for frappes and they gave us smoothies. When I said, "this tastes like a smoothy" they told me that most people read the sign wrong and dont really mean "frappe." Of course we meant frappe, I didnt come to a coffee house for f%%%ing not-coffee.

This great "little" coffee spot has a very good selection of coffee drinks, and a full bakery case to boot! Try the blueberry scones or cinnamon wheels, and dont miss their daily specials menu. They also have a nice cold sandwich and salad selection for lunch!

Maybe because it was the summer, but it wasnt too crowded and not desolate, perfect amount of people and good beverage options. A lot of sweets too. All for here drinks served in huge mugs. Would recommend their hot chocolate with an espresso shot.

Although the interior could use a little updating the substance of this coffee house is unmatched by any of the chain coffee houses of today....this place is evidence of the resistence to the "dumbing down" of coffee houses.

The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, the food is good, the coffee is even better, and the atmosphere is wonderful for doing work, studying, reading, or conversation. The Coffee House is hands-down my favorite place.

Local? Walk on over. Coming from afar? There is actually parking in the back. This is a great place to "get away" and remember to utilize the upstairs space too if needed. Good food, coffee/drinks, and free wifi.

This is a pleasant enough place, though the furniture is rather uncomfortable. The coffee is fairly cheap but at a cost of quality. On a positive note, they do have a fair trade coffee of the day.

Cozy coffee and tea joint. Very unique setting; its pretty much an old house converted into a coffee shop. Many rooms to relax/study in. Have had a couple informal interviews there as well.

Where are the patio umbrellas, and the landscaping can use some work. This is one of the best coffee shop patios in 20 miles, I hope they step back up their standards.

Long wait for decent coffee. Theres a lot of seating room as it looks like it was built in an old house. Theres a small parking lot and street metered parking.

The ambience is fine but the food was disappointing. Everything was just either frozen or refrigerated material. There are better options nearby.
