Ive been coming to this Starbucks for a few years now and the service just seems to be getting worse. My last experience was the final straw. I used the mobile order as I do almost every morning, cold brew, certainly not time consuming. I arrived at Starbucks about 15 minutes after my order was placed and per usual it was not ready. As I watched the barista pour my cold brew 1/4 of the way full (venti) and fill the rest with ice. Upon asking if I could have it filled correctly, she replied " were out, sorry" and gave me an attitude. Between the long waits and the poor attitude of the staff you have lost yet another patron. ** Management, please look into your wait times and staff.**

This location with its consistent staff goes above and beyond to make the Starbucks experience genuine. This store is the product of the Starbucks hyper-growth which means it doesnt have a very creative design and the interior is cramped on busy mornings. Ive personally got a ton of work done at this location and like all experiences the people can quickly make up for any store design limitations. The bathrooms are consistently on the clean side. When looking for a Starbucks north of Disney, this is the location to stop and enjoy.

Would give 5 stars however due to no fault of the staff they are just too busy for this small of a storefront ! Always great friendly service and Ive never waited more than a few minutes. Folks complaining about the would should really try out the Starbucks app so you can order ahead. The app alone makes Starbucks head and shoulders above all others ! It wonderful to just walk in grab your drink and walk right back out and off to work !

Although their website states this location is open until 11:00, the baristas told us we were mistaken, the lobby closes at 10:00. And be warned, they will tell you to get up and leave at 9:55 so they can begin cleaning to go home. And after theyve kicked out all the paying customers, theyll happily unlock the doors and welcome WGPD inside. Extremely disappointed with such unprofessional behavior.

It pains me to give any Starbucks less than a 5 star review, but this location tends to be very slow inside and drivethru. Exceptional service and of course typical great Starbucks quality. But plan to spend 10-20 minutes waiting. Its not the staff - they need a bigger location due to their volume.

Always have a bad experience here! Staff is rude and unfriendly and they dont make the drinks as good as other Starbucks locations....recommend the one on 50 and Blackwood about 5-10 minutes away the staff is much friendlier and faster! You will have a much better experience!

Currently in the drive through with 4 cars ahead and have been in the exact same place for over 15 minutes.. faster service if you went inside! Dont make this mistake if you have an obligation... So much for FAST service?! It is not 9 am but 6pm.

Im not the coffee drinker in the family, the wife is, but Ill gladly get my hands on a berry tea or a Chai Latte. The staff here is always great and great at dealing with the crowds due to this location always seeming super busy.

At first I didnt have good experience going there, the manager was very rude to me. But the staff made up miss Debbie, Laura, Dakota and some other folks very nice people! Love going there dont even order by phone. Just go in.

Theres no parking spots available. The drive thru will take 30 minutes. They will make your drink incorrectly. And theres a target across the street with a Starbucks in it that is wonderful!

I work across of Starbucks at the hospital. I Ordered on the Starbucks app around 9:45pm and when I get there they are closed... Though the website and Google maps says they open till 11:00pm
