This Pizza Hut is absolutely ridiculous. They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whether its something small or something big. First they put the wrong sauce on my pizza. So they give me account credit. My next few orders, I wanted buffalo drizzle on my pizza for a dinner box. They forgot it so I received another credit towards my next order. My next order I placed with some friends for a large dinner box (using my credit they gave me for messing up another order), only for them to forget the ranch for the wings, the marinara for the bread sticks and no sauce drizzle on the pizza once again. The food was cold & disgusting, I lost my appetite when I took a bite. I will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut store again. It seems like people dont have any common sense, I understand one mess up but not four. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Our business has turned to this location a couple times now for multiple orders (between our sites and shifts). With these huge orders - they have delivered great food in a timely manner at an unbeatable price. Even needing additional pizza (A LOT) at last minute, they pulled through, made it happen and just got the job done! Impeccable customer service has been delivered on every account from this place. Huge thumbs up - we are glad to give them our business.

I love Pizza Hut, however, this Blue Ash location is very disappointing and upsetting!! I just called a couple of times, left the phone ring and ring and then got hung up on both times. I only called because my ordering online wasnt going through! Blue Ash Pizza Hut, you need to get your stuff together!!! Thanks for NOTHING, today!!!
