Absolutely terrible. The most disappointing experience. Its bad because my wife and I actually disagree all the time about Papa Johns and Pizza Hut. Im always taking up for Pizza Hut and she loves Papa Johns pizza. But this time I have to actually go and tell my wife, baby you are right. Pizza Hut sucks monkeys ass. From the actual pizza, which I bought tonight, all the way to the service. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, 12 wings and a 2 liter tonite. In all spent. $27.84. Damn near $30 of my hard earned money. When I got my pizza it was 2 hours later front when I ordered it, this was no problem I expected it because it gave me that time on the confirmation page. But I didnt expect was to receive a pizza that was cold, 8 pepperoni in all and NO CHEESE????? then I call the store to reach out to someone about my dissatisfaction and I got treated like a Mexican at the white house with Donald Trump. These folks put me on hold twice to deal with other customers like I didnt even matter. Then began to patronize me about what I explained to them. Then the manager got a attitude with me when I asked for her name and hung up on me. Why should I ever have to remind you that Im a paying customer not somebody who begging. Im giving you my hard earned money and you want to get mad at me for wanting good service and food for what I spent. Do you eat just anything people throw you, I guessing hell no, but I my be wrong by the response I received today. Smfh.

The service here at this Pizza Hut has got to be one of the worst services I have ever experienced. I placed an order for delivery at 7:23 and it is now 9:20 and I have yet to receive my order. When I call to find out why my order was taking so long the lady who was taking order, "who claimed to be the manger" was very rude and unapologetic about the situation. After being very firm about my order and letting her know the wait time was unacceptable she took it upon herself to cancel my order. Later when I called to ask about my order I found out through another employee that my order was cancel. The young lady who answer the call stated she will replace the order, it is now 10:25 and stIll I have yet to receive my pizza. Trust and believe this matter will not end here, this type of service is very unacceptable and I will not stand for it. "I hate to rate with one star in order for this review to post other than that I would not even give them a one star"

(Online carryout) I am soooo disgusted with the treatment I just got from this restaurant. They burned my pizzas last night and didnt see nothing wrong with giving them to me. And made me wait a 1 1/2 hour for a remake of pizzas. If my kids were not hungry I would have asked for a refund. So I called the next morning and to speak to the manager and only the devil himself could be speaking through this lady. For her to be a manager she was very Rude and disrespectful. I didnt call being rude or obnoxious I called to leave a complaint and she questioned me as if I were lying about the whole situation. Father in the heavens please bless those with hardened hearts to have compassion and respect for thy neighbors. I would not recommend this location at all. Beware, they dont care about you, your food, time or money. They have no morals or values at the location.

Never coming here again. When u walk in, the sign says "please wait to be seated" . No one came. Instead the shouted from the kitchen window that we could seat ourselves. The table was sticky. The plates that originally brought to the table were dirty. I asked the waitress to bring me some clean plates. When she finally brought them to the table, she left them on top of the dirty ones. Didnt even bother to remove them from the table or apologize for he inconvenience. The food wasnt good. They barely cut the pizza. And when I asked for a box, she had us waiting for 20 minutes. Horrible place to eat. Save your time and money and find another place to go to.

The experience was awful and excruciating. I though it was a prank for Halloween when I opened up the box for the wings. My appetite disappeared. They were undercooked, disgustingly large, and flavorless. Its like they cut the legs off a hen at the store and just put hot sauce on it. The cook had to be getting off of work by the looks of the wings! The wings were juiced up and a big as my head. I was afraid I might have died if I finished my wing. I am terrified of the side effects that come with taking a bite out of that chicken. This may be the worst experience I have ever had with food. NEVER ORDER WINGS AT THIS PIZZA HUT!

Doesnt even deserve one star , ordered a pizza for carry out gave them 20 extra minutes just for them to tell me I had to wait another 10 already added on the the 20 so the 20+15 35 plus another 10? Then when I called to make the order the lady has the rudest attitude, you chose this job not me so dont take it out on me. Then they tell me, because they are understaffed thats why its taking so long. Thats not my fault should have given me a free drink or something for all this waiting, next time Ill stick to the one 5 minutes away from this one way better service and faster

I sat at the drive-thru window for over 10 minutes while waiting to be acknowledged. I was the only customer in the drive-thru and at least 2 workers came and used the drive-thru register less than 3 get away from me without saying a peep or even looking in my direction (even though Im sure they could see me through their peripheral vision). Finally, I called from my cell phone and advised the worker to look to get left, then waved. Once I got my pizza, it barely had any cheese on it. There were huge gaps where it only showed tomato sauce. Will not be going back.

Pizza here is great when its prepared the Pizza Hut way! Pros: Fresh hot food, online orders ready on-time, pleasant and accommodating staff, orderly run kitchen, plenty of seating available, great parking and standard prices. Cons: Seating area a little gloomy, drive-thru can be slow at times. Suggestions: PizzaHut - please update your dining area and add brighter lighting. People dont like to eat out in the dark. Patrons: if you like pizzahut then you will enjoy the food as take out here. But if you want to dine in, be prepared for the dark room

I wouldnt order from that place ever again. There customer service is HORRIBLE and they lie. I ordered a pizza, wings, etc and they was supposed to bring my food at 9:46pm, here it is 10:32pm and I decided to call them to see whats going on and the lady first said they were on their way, then she turned around and said my order was cancelled because nobody answered the phone. First, why didnt they ring my bell? Second, I had my phone on me the whole time. Smh! So yea, I wont be calling them anymore.
