Fair warning, HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Pick another location to eat from. The manager wont even come out to talk to you. Tried to call the store and asked to speak with the manager and a man named Dequan told me the manager named "MIKE" is too busy to come to the phone. Asked for a corporate number and he wouldnt give me one then hung up in my face. I understand that these are little teenagers that have not yet learned how to give good customer service but a paying customer to be denied to access to talk to a manager is unacceptable. Ive been to other locations before and never been treated the way this location treated me. Be smart... Avoid this location & Eat from another Pizza Hut location.

I am not going back to this pizza hut. I have been several times and they continue to disappoint me. For pickup, I waited almost 30 mins for an order I called in, to find out it had been sitting in the warmer the whole time. The manager was very nasty and basically told me he called my name I didnt answer and I was sitting right in front of the register. After getting the food, I slipped and fell on a wet spot and no employees came to help. I dropped my 18 month old son and the pizza. Customers offered to help me!! The associates just stood and looked. No one called from Pizza Hut to see if I was okay or anything. I will never come to this PIzza Hut again!! Poor Poor customer service!!!!!!!

We ordered pizza at 9 oclock and still didnt get our pizza!! Called more than 6times and got no improvement at all. It said we had a 15 min wait when they only 5-10 minutes away. Then the delivery guy was lying talking about he couldnt get in a gate! We live in a house! Then kept saying that we will get our pizza because its just now coming out fresh and such, but still no progress! No pizza got delivered to me at all! Which is like I said I ordered my pizza at 9 oclock but still got nothing at all for the last 3hours of they service! We literally starved last night because they were lying and did not send our pizza!

Worst Pizza Hut ever.. I wonder if anyone in charge, reads this. The customer service is awful.. Delivery service is even worst.. You cant even complain to management because they handle things with a huge lack of professionalism. They dont even attempt to compensate you for a delivery being over an hour late or for things going wrong with the order. Im terribly allergic to mushrooms and ordered a pizza which they still put mushrooms on after the request for them not to as well as informing them of my allergy. After calling in a complaint they only said that they could do better the next time.

This used to be my favorite location. Not using them anymore. The last FIVE pizzas I ordered from them have ALL been RAW in the center and the crust was so under-cooked you really could only safely eat the edges and pick the meat off the top. I kept going back because I was TRYING to give them the benefit of the doubt, like MAYBE that time was just a fluke! So 4 more pizza order later and the SAME EXACT problem! I GIVE UP. Really hate theyve let their quality control go to oblivion because they used to get a LOOOOOTTT of money out of me. Now Im stuck trying to find a replacement.

If I could give this pizza hut ZERO stars, I would! I was car trouble so I figured I would order pizza. I had a terrible experience last time I ordered from here.... But that was almost TWO YEARS ago! But seeing as to how it YET AGAIN took about TWO HOURS to get lukewarm food... NEVER AGAIN! And the driver never once apologized... He just said, You order pizza? REALLY??? Im usually not one to post comments about my service... And doesnt look like I matters for this location anyway.... But I am a VERY unhappy customer and will be sure to call the customer service line...

Service is the worst Ive ever gotten from a pizza place. Calling in, youre on hold for ten-twenty minutes before anyone picks up. Our order was thirty minutes late (after being given a 90 minute delivery estimate, it took two hours to get here.) We called and were told the driver left at 9:30, and he didnt show up until 10:15. We live ten minutes away. Food was all cold (not even room temperature), we didnt get the extra sauce we ordered and paid for, and no one answered the phone when we called back about it. Absolutely terrible.

Simply the worst and most unprofessional establishment ever. They are never on time based on a time they promise and are unapologetic about. The manager always throws the blame on a driver who did not show up. Like seriously they give a damn about how they run this establishment they have a really f***ed up way of showing it. I have reached out to their corporate office because they is not the first time and I really dont feel like anything will be done to help this business so I will support the other surrounding businesses.

I call to complain about a soggy nasty undercooked pizza I COULD NOT EAT and the manager lies, tells me I have a credit for a certain amount, so when I call the next day to redeem, the credit is less than even the original pizza I ordered. I dont even want my credit. This is the second time Ive had a horrible experience. The cheese wasnt even melted. Come on yall. Would you eat the food youre serving? KARMA KARMA KARMA

They re the worst Pizza Hut I ever been too. Theyre rude and ghetto. Plus waiting on an order for 2 hours, which NEVER happened before.. thats ridiculous. 1 hour, yes, but 2 hours? No. I asked for my money back, so I can go else where.. I was going to ask how long will it take to get my money back and the tramp hung up on me. Theyre the worst. Never again.

Absolutely terrible! This place needs to be shut down. Pizza arrived 40 minutes after the confirmation said it would. The pizza was burnt and looked like it had been drop kicked. The container with the quepapas in it was dented as if it had also been dropped. Pizza was cold and tasted old. Seriously, shut this place down.

I ordered a pizza last saturday at 7pm. Well 8:30pm still no pizza so i called the store they said we will call you right back. 9:30 still no pizza and no call back. Called the hotline they said they would get in touch with the manager. Do not order delivery from here you probably will not get your pizza.

Food was wrong, always is. I tipped though, because I know food service is hard work. My order was wrong, but they had closed by the time I realized it. I contacted customer service and they have yet to fix this issue. not spending my money here anymore. dont spend yours.

" PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING" Every review you read is true worst Pizza Hut ever they will mess up you order and you can even call the the number on the website is not their number so you basically take a lost very very poor service these people need to be shut down
