Very disappointed! I havent been about a month and I used to love this place because of the experience. Always clean, good service and professional. There appears to have been a change in management. Staff look unkept, manager eating behind the service line, yelling... give me this or that. The food was fair at best. Before I was greeted with a hello from several people when I came in and when I left. This time, the hostess barely acknowledged me before she took me to a dirty table. Upon leaving.... no thanks for coming in, if fact we had to squeeze between several servers standing in the way just to get out the door. Manager, hostess and servers all near the door..... not one thank you for stopping in. Our server as nice and attentive but overall the experience was terrible. Whataburger does a better job! The stark difference is extreme. 6/18/2016, 3pm.

I visited on New Years Day when they were quite busy with a consequent long wait and may also account for the burnt onion strings that were not drained well. The french fries were also soggy, and cold when served. The servers were friendly enough despite being harried; had I been there a different day theres a good chance I would have given 4 stars - not 5 though, I feel the prices were a bit too high for what you get, even if cooked properly.

My daughter and I ate here tonight, it was my first visit. We both had the grilled chicken with Swiss and avocado! It was okay. The cheese was not real Swiss. It was white American . It was not even melted. I wont return to this location, the server was not attentive, she was an oddball! Service was meh, as was the food. Hope my next visit to a cotton patch is more memorable!

Dont order Grilled Norwegian Salmon, had enough salty seasoning to last the day. Waiter, service was average. Put it this way, I couldnt finish due to salt content and I put salt on Pizza Hut pizza. The seasoning should enhance the food, not overpower it. $15 isnt a lot, but seems like it if you just throw it away. Next time Ill have a sandwich at home. Just being honest.

The food is really really good and the services is usually really good unless they get busy, then it is subpar. The servers get so busy and the restraunt gets so noisy it makes it a less than enjoyable experience. Usually you are forgotten about if they are busy. This time however was very enjoyable. Serve was wonderful.

My favorite place for chicken fried steak! They give you healthy servings. I have never been there and been disappointed in the taste of the food. Only four stars because the service lacked a little attention but not bad. Only a short wait to get seated when I went. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Just finished a great meal. Tonight we were the family with 2 screaming toddlers, regardless we received great service. Stevhan was awesome. Food was great, try the fish n chips plate. If they served liquor the would get a 5 star review. But still fantastic home coojed food that makes u feel good. Great value too.

Great food and great service! In my experience its hard to have a bad meal here. For the price, their sirloin steak is hard to beat. Always cooked perfectly with great flavor and at a price that beats any steakhouse. The cobb salad is a great choice as well, especially with the avocado ranch.

Its okay, it could be a lot better. The wait staff is always really friendly, but the food is mediocre. I was really excited to try their Dr Pepper chocolate cake, but I couldnt detect the Dr Pepper in it at all. Ill eat dinner here, but I always go somewhere else for dessert.

We love the Cotton Patch Cafe! Great restaurant for comfort food. Hardly ever a wait. Quick and friendly staff. Food is delicious and consistent with good portions at reasonable prices. Steaks are always grilled perfectly to your liking. Never had a bad experience there.

Oh my goodness! The fried green tomatoes did me in... But then you add the delicious margarita & chicken fried chicken & Im in a full on food coma built for champions. If youre in the mood for an explosion of wonderfulness to your tastebuds this is your place. Come hungry.

This place can be crazy busy and sometimes they make mistakes but the management team here always makes things right. These guys are family. Great food, nice atmosphere, better prices. I love this place. Its the go-to for a decent family dinner out.

Up side: Home style food and service was good. Down side: The free dinner rolls look amazing but are actually really bland and either the portions are small or the plates we had were too big. This place is good but nothing to write home about.

Went there for lunch and was seated quickly and our waitress was very nice and attentive.. Our food came out quickly and it was delicious.. I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. I will eat here again.

Our waitress was awkward the entire time. There was a hair in my food and my sister had to wait an additional 15 min because the waitress mixed up her salmon for chicken. Not a good experience at all.

I was at Cotton Patch in Mansfield Sunday night. The food and service were excellent. Only complaint was the ceiling fans made it too cold for me to be comfortable.
