I went here for the first time on Valentines Day and the entire experience was stellar! Immediately after being seated the manager (or owner) not sure which came over with a rose for my girlfriend; he implied that I called ahead to have him do that haha The bread was amazing and Diane was a server and she too was fantastic. My girlfriend also raved about the bread and she ordered the Chicken Picata and was extremely pleased with both the portion as well as the flavor. (I tried some too and it was delicious!) I ordered the Valentines Special with: Mussels w/ crustinis, Caesar Salad, Lobster Tail w/ Linguini and the pink sauce, and Swiss Chocolate Chalet Cake. It was all so delicious I my taste buds went into sensory overload. This is my new favorite Italian place and is within three miles of my house. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking great Italian cuisine. Just be sure to allow plenty of time whereas they cook everything to order so it will allow for good quality time for whomever you are there with. Even the decor is quite nice and you can tell time and effort were put into that as well.

Our family had a group of 23 adults and children, who mostly came from out-of-town, and they served us very quickly, managed to get the entire order correct and provided some of the best Italian food my family had ever eaten. We came in on a Sunday morning and they were all able to take advantage of the Lunch Specials. Kimberly, our Host, had everything set up when we arrived and William did an excellent job serving our entire party. I would certainly recommend their prices, food portions and quality over say an Olive Garden, etc. Thanks Cafe Sicilia!

Fabulous traditional coursed meal at a great price! My meal came with fresh baked garlic rolls, then a salad with optional more rolls, and for the main course a rich hand made egg noodle pasta. The Savannah was my waitress and she was very friendly, checked regularly, packaged my left overs for me made compliments and suggestions. The lights are dim with great music, the likes of Ella Fitzgerald. Overall I would say this is the best and only place to get good quality food at a great price!

One of my favorites. We have been patronizing this place since they only had one store in Bedford over 13 years ago. The wait staff is great and the food is excellent. It really takes 3 trips to get a feel for the overall quality of this restaurant. You have to try the pasta dishes, the pizzas, and the entrées. There is something for everyone and they can accommodate groups (our family regularly is 10-12+) when we meet up. If you like traditional American/ Italian food this is it!

I had to seat myself. The rolls were very crispy and not hot. I ordered the fried mushrooms they also were not very hot abs had no flavor. I also ordered a chicken plate I cant think of the b ame, but it had mozzarella stuffed in it, which was not melted or hot. The only thing that I can say was tasty and a little warmer than the rest of the food was the pasta the chicken was on. The pink sauce with mushrooms was great! Maybe I came on a bad day and time.

First time Horrible food and service. They apologized and gave us ou meal for free. They said," Come back and try us again. " We give good service and food. " Second time...waited 15 min.for drinks. We told her ready to order but we had to wait another 15 min. Salads were suppose to be Romaine but were iceberg and dressing runny. Fettuccine was good. But had to wait 30 min.for a refill. Suppose to have got to go boxes but took 25 min. Never got to go cups.

The lady I talked to on the phone was so rude and abrupt with me I wish I wouldve asked for her name. I understand we all have our days but I felt like such a bother when I was just trying to ask about how much a plate was, instead she told me Id have to look online. Anyway, disappointed that my family and I used to come here all the time and now I dont think Ill ever give them my business again. Bad customer service!

The staff is amazing. The food was off tonight. The calamari was over cooked and so was my wifes eggplant Florentino had that out of the box taste. My pizza was good and my daughter loved her spaghetti. The atmosphere was very cool! Our waitress Kim was a treasure. She was on the ball! Made it fun for our 4 year and us as well. Overall I wish I could have rated it higher and we will give it another shot.

Very nice atmosphere and Decor. Very nice staff (especially Kim). The food is beautifully plated and presented, however, its just lacking some flavor. A little Emeril style BAM with some salt/spices would take these dishes to the next level. Without it, the dishes are beautiful but just too bland. Hopefully this will change because I believe it would make a HUGE difference

We came in this evening. We understood it was short staffed. We were sat right away and given our bread right but after 20 30 mins or so no one still didnt come to take atleast get our drink order. So my family and i left. I was really excited to try this place based on the reviews maybe some other day when their customer service improves.

Its not a 5 star restaurant or even a 4.. BUT the food was delicious, service was great , the staff was so nice , the restaurant ambiance was great and the price was excellent.. Ive paid way more for way less.. Only thing I can complain about is the food baby I left with...I couldnt put my fork down... Thanks you guys... I will be a repeat guest

We ordered for delivery and we werent disappointed! They came in a timely manner and the deep dish pizza and pasta combo were great! We will definitely be ordering again. (I didnt give 5 stars because I wasnt blown away by the food, however when we go back and if I get something that changes my mind I will definitely update this review!)

Came upon this nice restaurant on groupon, and Im so happy I did because I had never heard of this place. The place is nice and clean and we were very pleased with everything from the wait Staff to the manager. The food is absolutely delicious!! We will definitely be making this one of our regular stops....YUMMY!

Succulent and delicious, melt in your mouth bread. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Portions that give you far more bang for your buck than anywhere else around, while maintaining quality. Friendly staff. Wonderful customer service. I would give 10 stars if I was able to.

Nice little place. Strong suit is their homemade sauce and friendly, efficient, and honest wait staff. Well worth 20% tip. Chicken chicken parm was very good. Decent garlic knot. Im picky about Italian and while its not Little Italy in NY, its a money well spent experience.
