Absolutely horrible theres no help in this store and nobody to help you find anything the morale in this store is terrible I asked the employees about whats going on and the company this particular company has let go good key employees that have worked here forever and I can tell by the look of the place they are not going to be around much longer this particular store in general it is old and very outdated and not just this store Ive been in a lot of Bi-Lo stores and they are all the same the morale is terrible and Bi-Los used to be such a good company to work for and a great store to shop at but not anymore and I have talked to a lot of the older employees they say it wont be long Bi-Los will be just a memory.

Love Love Love their store. We are from Knoxville and visit Lake Junaluska/Waynesville at least once a year. Our favorite store by far. Their black angus hamburger meat is the best by far. We decided to buy extra and stick on ice and take some home with us since we only have an hour drive. They were having quite a sale the last time we were there. I also love their generic pop tarts. I cant stand any other stores, but theirs.

Not very well kept these days. The produce section is a huge turn off and lately I go here only for a specific brand of canned tuna that Ingles does not carry for some odd reason. I dont recommend buying anything from their deli, produce, nor seafood section.

Not the most renovated Bi-Lo but definitely not dirty. Service is usually good till the later hours when the teenagers are too busy talking to ring you up or provide decent service. Prices are usually the best in town.

How could I hate a place that had everything I wanted at good prices with courteous staff? It also has the best magazine dept of all the stores in downtown Waynesville including Ingles, Rite Aide, KMart, and CVS.

On the plus side this grocery store has weekly buy one get one free deals. On the negative side it is a little smaller than the newer grocery stores ( which can be a postive some times too).

Nice people, clean store, some good sales. This store in particular has a pretty crappy parking lot - watch out for broken pavement, potholes or huge puddles of water after rain.
