The store itself is great because of the employees and all of their hard work to keep it clean and friendly. However I try to not come to this Ingles if at all possible because of how rude the management is. It seems that every trip I make to this store I encounter the rudest management (mainly this one woman Im not sure of her name). They get hateful anytime they have to assist you with something one of their associates cannot. If you ask me they are over paid and their cashiers and department workers are underpaid.

This Ingles is located by my house. It is an older store so I do expect it to be smaller. They are however in the process of getting more of a different kind of food there to be more like the Waynesville North Carolina store. The only reason I gave the store a two stars is because every time I go there there sealtest milk is either expired or just three or four days from being expired. I actually got the dairy manager to go back and get me a good milk from the back when I saw that the milk was expired.

I love The Starbucks cafe they have here. Wonderful service all around like I was part of the crew there. They have a salad bar and hot food bar that is ServSafe maintained and hits the spot when Im hungry. Very clean and Wi-Fi friendly. I can not say anything bad about this Ingles!

because they have great deals. plus they have a pharmacy and I dont have a problem getting my medication from. When I send some one else to get my medication they dont have a problem getting it either.thank you.

It was a pleasant shopping experience ,but the Delia lady could have been a little more kinder, she acted like it was a bother to wait on me, I wanted to tell her with out customers she would not have a job.

Big grocery store, with a wide selection of products. While the management is helpful and responsive, the rest of the staff is very unfriendly. Dont expect a lot of customer service in this store.

Clean with a wide selection of groceries. Very fresh meat and seafood department. Also offer great selection of Boars Head meat and cheese with a deli to prepare sandwiches.

All bit one manager is rude and 99% of the employees. I drive from my home (close to Ingles) to Food Lion in Canton 90% of the time for lower prices and friendlier people.
