Panera as a company gets 5 stars, but I was highly disappointed with my last visit to this particular location. I ordered my food and the cashier adviced me that another young lady would get my order together. I stood and waited (in front of them in clear view) and no one worked on my order and no one acknowledged my presence. I intentionally decided not to speak until someone finally acknowledged me. A cashier who either came in from break or just started her shift finally asked if i was ready to order and I told her I already did. At that moment the 4 other girls who had been there quickly went to work to figure out what i had. If you take the order, you need to finish the order and not pass it off to the next person.

This visit was a little disappointing for me. I ordered two Pick 2s, a drink and a cobble something. That is a half of a sandwich, what would be a cup to cup and a half of salad, a muffin and a medium cup. That was $26 and some change. I asked that the order be placed in two separate bags since it was for two different people...that didnt happen and I asked that the bacon not be placed on the sandwich that came with bacon...that didnt happen. For as much as they charge, one should be able to get a sandwich without bacon and two different bags. I loved PB. It was one of my favorite places to have lunch. . . Not so much now.

This location is awful! Theyre always running out of something on their menu, this is a busy location, youd think theyd prep more food. When Im spending $10 or more from a "healthy fast food option" I expect to be able to order what I want. Also the vast majority of the employees are rude, Id expect that at a lower end option, not at Panera. This is the only location that Ive EVER had issues with, go figure its on the lower east side in Roseville, I feel thats the norm with any chain restaurant in this area, it must be something in the water here.

The most expensive soup and half sandwich I ever got, quality sucked, the manager tried, he doubled my order only because he knew the price of $19 for the tiniest cup of soup and the 3" sandwich was rediculous. I wanted to take it back inside and shove it in someones face and then smack my order right out of their mouth. Anyone who pays $20 bucks for 2 soup n half sandwiches should be shot for supporting such inflated prices. Worst Drivethru I ever went to, and I go to Del Taco all the time, so what does tell you!!! I BOYCOTT!!

PLEASE READ THIS !! Can zero be an option .They always mess something up when I go to this location. Every single time today I ordered soufflés and by the time after waiting for 15 minutes in line they mysteriously burnt all the soufflés! ALL OF THEM REALLY ???? HORRIBLE JOB PANERA you need to fire all these people and rehire people who can put food in a bag per the customers order and rehire a manager who knows how to run and staff a business. Ill go to Tim hortons or Starbucks from now on. Thanks

terrible service. When I handed the drive threw cashier my gift cards she didnt seem to know what to do with them. After calling and getting my balance checked she continues to tell me that my $5 gift card is empty. When I placed my order I was offered a reward card, after receiving my food I Asked for the reward card and she proceeds to tell me "we aint got any". Terrible experience and would like to see some cashiers who know how to do there job.

The girl who took my order over the phone was very rude. I am here to spend money not have an attitude battle. I was nothing but cordial to her....CLEARLY the other reviews speak volume. Someone from this business should look into managing these workers.....or get rid of them. they are doing nothing but making my favorite place to eat look really really bad.

1st time being at this place and will be the last,very pricey and very little noddles in the chicken soup,it was only broth also they dont serve crackers with soup,thought I was getting a sub ended up with 2 sandwiches,no worth $29.00 for my wife and my meal,could of went and had a steak dinner.Your broth does taste good though.salad was good.

I dont know what everyone on here is complaining about. You guys sound like a bunch of yuppie crybabies. Iv been coming to Panera for 16 years and this location in particular for the past 5 and anytime iv ever had a problem (which was rare) it was taken care of right away and generously. People just complain too much i guess.

The gal that took our order was friendly. Food was good. Prices are fair for the portions you get. The big thing I wasnt happy with were most of the free tables and booths needed a wipe down. Could have been a one off, Ill update the review next time if thats the case.

Two large salads and a whole sandwich...$29. Sandwich was poorly put together....messy for a $9 sandwich. 1 salad was fine. The other had spoiled fruit added to it, which I had mixed thru the salad, so I had to go thru the salad and pick it out....$9 salad.

Ive been coming here consistently for several years. The staff and management have been consistently helpful and professional. The food is awesome and even when something occasionally goes wrong with my order it is fixed quickly and without questions.

I think the quality of thr food has gone way down in the past year, staff dont care about service. Italian Combo was a great sandwich, their new Italian sandwich is horrible. The problem is they are trying to be what they think is trendy, not working.

Food was all correct besides they didnt give me my bread bowl with my soup... I was pretty dissapointed... It was pointless to call and complain since we live 20 mins away from there. Id still go back Id just like my order to be correct next time.

Ordered a medium coffee and bagle. Girl forgot my bagle, had to ask for it and wait longer. We I grabbed my coffee, it felt light so I opened it, it was only filled half way. I should have went to Starbucks. At least I get what I pay for there.

Very disappointed. Ordered the bakers dozen online the day before for a Sunday morning pickup. Arrived Sunday morning to be told that 5 of my bagels are not available. Why bother pre-ordering if they cant get the order correct. Wasted time.

This location now has several kiosks where you can easily place your order and we received our food very quickly. The only drawback was that many of the tables needed to be cleaned off, but other than that, it was a nice location.

A comfortable Panera with good service. Limited electrical outlets, but there are a variety of seating options (booths, different sized tables) for groups of various sizes. Convenient location for meeting up with others.
