went there on a sunny Sunday evening around 6pm. There was 12-14 people in line and I asked the lone employee if she was the only one which she confirmed. This is not the first time I have received slow service at this location .Needless to say the Dairy Mart at Masonic and Utica road got our business. With 6 (six) employees the service was quick and efficient. If I was the owner I would want to know how ONE (1) employee was working to service my customers (not to mention the security/liability issues). Whether you like it or not you are creating the image perceived or real of a premium product that is just not worth waiting for!!

I was in there on march 25th at 900 ish at night with a friend and i immediately noticed that the two girls and a boy that were working all wore no form of hair restraints and no gloves. I know they are not directly touching the icecream but .. Its still food service and your handling it. I also noticed both girls not washing hands after handling money then proceeded to help the next person in line...... Me. I felt there was more concern on singing for a tip then doing the job right in the first place.

1:30 on a Sunday we were the only 2 customers present. When an employee finally came to the front she put her back towards us so she could text on her phone then started making waffle cones. HELLO we are standing right here! Never acknowledged us! So we left. Terrible customer service.

This place is awesome! I love the variety and the staff are very friendly and quick. You can watch them hand mix your ice cream which is cool for the kids. The only thing I dont like is how expensive they are. It would be nice to pay a little less.

Great service. Always quick even when busy. Last reviewer below Is rude. They close at 9. Who goes to a place when they close. Jerk move. Anyways never have an issue and go here all the time.

Over-rated ice cream with a bunch of candy jammed into it. Expensive! Annoying! Rat-a-tat-tat! If I tip you, will you NOT sing and bang those things around? I hate these places.
