Usually the food is pretty good even though the cashier is always rude. But we ordered our 2 usual plates...the broccoli was raw the rice wasnt cooked enough and they forgot the extra chicken we ordered. Everyone is entitled to make a mistake. So i called asked for a manager and explained what was wrong. I was told to come back within 7 days and they would make the plates again for free. AWESOME RIGHT?? ... WRONG. Got there today and was told that they dont have a manager and they would not correct the problem and i had to pay for it again but they would put the extra chicken on free of charge. They have just lost a very loyal customer.

I live in Wake Forest and I had been waiting for this place to open since the sign was first up. They did not disappoint me. I am in love with their hibachi shrimp. It is succulent and perfectly cooked which seems to be something most restaurants cant seem to master. The vegetables are good and they have good combination plates. The prices are great for what you get.

The dining room is filthy. The trays feel like they havent been washed - ever. It has the ambiance of your uncles living room; the uncle who lives in a single-wide and doesnt bathe. But the food is taisty - in the strip mall, international fast food sort of way.

I do like it, but the rice is practically impossible to eat with chopsticks because it is not prepared Asian-style. The quality is that of a mall food court, so it it is fine for a quick stop or takeout. Adjust your expectations and you will probably like it here.

I just moved to wake forest from Raleigh, and was craving some Japan Express(best Japanese take-out ever!) And found out this place is in my neighborhood. It is identical and absolutely amazing. I always get hibachi anything with rice or noodles, always on point!

No idea how this establishment has al 4 and 5 star reviews. I ordered the Hunan Beef but was served shoe leather with limp vegetables. There are many better options for Asian food in Wake Forest - go there instead.

I eat here frequently, I am obsessed with the steak hibachi - a better quality meat that youll normally find at a quick service restaurant. The white sauce is tasty and the fried rice fits the bill.

Food is good but bland. Service is pleasant, if quite slow, but doesnt seem to get any slower during the lunch rush. Its good, cheap food that fills you up, but is too bland for a higher rating.

This place is good when they are cooking the meet fresh as you order it. Sometimes they have it precooked and they just season it when you order and its not as good. Otherwise its very good

I like this restaurant, but dont expect the sushi to be too on par but the rest of the food is spectacular. I love the habachi chicken and I never leave feeling unsatisfied
