In a word, my wife says disgusting and I say disappointed. Ive been to the Brigs in RTP many years ago but had never been to the one in Wake Forest. Took my wife there for her birthday and was extremely disappointed. There were still crumbs on the table when we sat down and the menus had specks of food all over them. My wife ordered coffee and the carafe they left at the table had coffee stains all over the outside from whoevers table it had been at before. We noticed that when other tables were being cleaned that food and rings from cups, etc were left. The manager even came over to inspect one and put out the silverware and didnt notice how dirty it was. The food was okay, but I dont think it was a good value. The only way it was reasonable for us was because my wifes food was free on her birthday. We will definitely not being going back even if we can get a free entree on a birthday.

Wanted something beside fast food breakfast and Im still new to this area. Saw good reviews so i figured i would try this place. Wasnt very impressed. Food was ok but minius the homefries i couldve got the same thing at Waffle or Huddle House for half the price. Servers look like theyre all mad at the world and could care less to be there. Also not very attractive to see the two bus boys standing in the door way staring at everyone like hawks waiting for them to finish eating and to get up and leave. Probably wont return.

Brings is our favorite place for breakfast! I come from Maryland and love their Chesapeake Benedict. The flavor is great, the eggs are always cooked perfectly and the hollandaise sauce is well done. The portions are on the larger side of just right. Grits are perfectly cooked, and Ive never been a grits fan. Monthly specials keep things interesting and there is usually a special waffle creation we try. Service is consistent, friendly and prompt. There can be a wait, so plan accordingly.

Best breakfast in town, lots of breakfast choices, and you "can" get bacon and eggs; we are regulars. They have omelets of different varieties, bacon and eggs, pancakes, french toast, eggs Benedict. waffles and lots more, plus all the sides and fruits your heart desire;, their lunch is also excellent, love their broccoli salad! My absolute favorite is the french toast made with homemade cinnamon bread. Yummy!! What more could you ask for?! Thanks Briggs -Robin Darone

Food tastes good but dont order to go. They will leave out certain mainstays of your order like peaches for your peach waffle (it became just a waffle) or whip cream for french toast. I havent eaten in but I can only assume they include things with your sit in order that are specified on the menu. They dont include them when you order to go. Also the first time this happened we called and they were supposed to mail us a comp meal. That never arrived.

Its so nice to find a breakfast/brunch spot that offers fresh alternatives to the ubiquitous "country cooking" diners. They use real veggies, not frozen, in their food, and fresh fruit, not canned. You can get the usual gravy/biscuits, etc if you want, but you can also get healthy breakfasts and brunch foods that wont clog your arteries. Staff is friendly and service is great.

Not feeling like making breakfast (or brunch) on the weekend? This is where you go. Brigs has been a local fixture for decades. Be prepared for a wait even as early as 0730 on the weekends. No one really complains - you come here to eat a leisurely breakfast and welcome the morning, not to speed in and out.

Food was OK, breakfast is breakfast, pretty hard to screw up. The resturant was Very noisy and this was the first place Ive ever been where I was told I could not get my home fries crispy because they were busy. I would rate the service, but since we didnt get any, I wont. $2.39 for coffee was ridiculous.

Great local owned and operated business that has been around for years. Great breakfast place of good food at a fair price. Good service and the food comes out fast. Even thought it is big place it still can have a line at peak times. Not so easy to find and the parking lot can get a bit tight at time.

Probably the best breakfast/brunch location Wake Forest has to offer, Briggs is a restaurant with plentiful and delicious food options, and cheerful service. My favorite things to get are usually their skillets. However, expect a wait time. Unless you are their on an off day, it will be bustling.

Staff is always polite and friendly. Some of the best brunch fare youll find around the Triangle. Sometimes food isnt perfect but theyll fix it. Always packed on the weekend, but it is a brunch place, so thats expected. Been a regular for years and no plans to stop going.

My first visit - for Fathers Day. Obviously a popular spot as we had to wait awhile, buy it was worth it. Excellent menu choices for breakfast/lunch; everyone in our party enjoyed the food, nice atmosphere, and service. Glad we came.

This place is pretty good. I cant for the life of me figure out why they dont serve American cheese. Aside from that, my breakfast has always been great, fast service, and friendly waitresses. Its a clean place and easily accessible.

Not sure why other restaurants dont follow Brigs business plan. There menu is reasonably excellent with a nice atmosphere. People are always friendly. Best time to get served quickly is an hour before closing.

The best brunch anywhere I loved it and highly recommend it for an amazing gastric delight. I love ketchup on just about everything but the food here did not require it and the service was excellent.

The food was above and beyond. We will be returning in the near future. Our waitress Amanda had many tables but was very friendly and promptly served our food warm and kept our drink full.

Wonderful place for breakfast brunch or lunch. My wife and I really enjoy having lunch there. Great quality food. Crowded and a wait on weekends, but worth the wait.

The Griddle Combo is the way to go and my pecan Belgian Waffle was awesome! Service is very efficient and the prices are moderate. Get ready for a wait, but its well worth it.

I love Brigs...French toast here is A1 and their setting is very elegant. Servers are pleasant, theres a reason the wait to even get a seat is so long - Brigs is the best!

Wonderful breakfast place that is a little hidden. Briggs is a local chain with monthly pancake and waffle specials. The specials can range from red velvet to peach.
