Quick to get seated. Only one waiter for 6 rows of tables so not good service. Ten minutes after ordering another employee came to our table to say they are out of burgers and we needed to order something else. After an extended silence she offered a menu! Ordered crapes as an appetizer, 20 minutes later they are not here yet. Crapes arrived, small portion glad it wasnt ordered as an entree. Where we are seated we can see into the kitchen where a garbage can fell over. There is garbage all over the floor and its been there for quite some time. Strawberry lemonade was way too sweet, that and the plate from crapes are still sitting on the table. Someone made a path through the garbage so people can get by. I cleared the table myself. Put the trash etc on the next table which has been empty and dirty since we arrived. Food that we finally and actually got was no more than ok. I asked for a side of gravy and was given a souffle cup half full. All in all not a great experience tonight.

I worked at this restaurant years ago so I know what the service should be like. The server took 10 minutes to come to the table, then another 10 minutes to get the drinks, then it took 40 minutes for our food to come out and the restaurant wasnt even busy. We got some of our food, no pancakes or toast. The food that we did get was wrong. We continuously asked for our pancakes. They did not come out until we were finished with the rest of the food. Meanwhile the table beside us who ordered after us were enjoying their pancakes that they had already received. We let the manager know what a fiasco a dining experience had been and he still charged us over $40 for the most horrible, and by the way wrong, food that we had ever gotten.

This place is a joke horribe customer service , I was told 10 minutes to pick up my order ,I got there 15 minutes later and this cashier at the front desk took my payment and when I requested for my order he told me my order wasnt ready and have to wait another 15 minutes .A female server came to apologize to me and offered to have me speak to the manager but she went in there and never call the Manger for me but later came out with my order with no sign of the manager Lo and behold I got home and we couldnt eat the nasty Omellette they prepared .I dont even know how this place is still open for business

Not to happy about my last short visit. Walked in was told there would be a 15 min wait. Several other customers walked in behind and were told the same. While waiting, I noticed there were a dozen or so empty tables and maybe only one or two couples in each section. After sitting there for 20 min we got up and left. I sure hope the other people walked out as well. The manager never seemed to care that the tables were empty and the waiting area was full. This location gets 1 star and they dont even deserve that. I was warned in the past, now I know!

This place is ridiculous. The waitress came to the table smelling like straight liquor. She came to the table 3 different times to get our order because she couldnt get it right. (She never wrote it down) i went to the supervisor to ask for another waitress and she is currently serving us now. I do not recommend this ihop to anyone! Very unprofessional. And crowded. *update. The management gave us our meal for free. And they observed the other waitress and clearly saw that she was high of some kind. Im pretty sure she doesnt have her job anymore.

My sever was rude and uncaring. If it wasnt for the name tags, I wouldve never known my servers name. The food took exactly 37 minutes to come to the table. And when it did, my fiancé found a long strand of hair underneath her hash browns. During check out my card was swiped for the wrong total and the cashier tried to convince me that it Was correct and now my account is pending overdrawn with two separate payments. (The wrong one and the right one) dont recommend IHOP in general.

Hello all, I just want to say that as usual the service and the food was great, however, it smelled like a retirement home and I do mean urine and all. Again, the service and the food was great, however, the smell did absolutely nothing for me. I had already scheduled a meeting with a family member there and neither of us wanted to go get back in our cars and find another place to go as this Mel just went away because I guess we were used to it.

The good thing about most IHOPs is youre pretty sure to get food that you are familiar with at each location. Well this location was better than most. The staff was really good almost to happy and eager to please,and the food was cooked like the cook actually cared about the fact that people were paying hard earned money to eat. Nothing special with IHOP overall but the staff at this location was great.

Bland, and not good! The food looked REALLY good, but it was bland. Plus, they did not add any tomatoes, which I specifically asked for. On a scale from 1-5, (1 being the worst), Id give the food a 2.5. LOL! BUT, to be fair, that was just my experience. You may love it, so try it. Their pancakes look delicious and Im sure they are. But my experience was a big let down.

So we get there at 330am. The place smells like piss. Then the waitress brings me 2 orders and was trying to talk me in to get to go both. The girl (waitress) was clearly high. She brought me two orders and messed up both of my buddies orders. Took 35 mins for my boys omlet. Looks like Im a Dennys man Now..worst restaurant experience in the last 10 years.

This ihop was more like a waffle house. It smelled terrible, so my party decided to get our food to go instead. After 30 minutes of waiting, my food came out wrong. I spent an hour waiting for a to go order! People who came in to dine after me got their orders before I did. This is the worst experience Ive ever had.

Service is terrible. Food is nasty, old and cold. And servers and rude and lazy. Had to wait over an hour for our food only to have it arrive cold and they still didnt get the order right. Very unprofessional. The manager gave us some menial discount, honestly we should have gotten our food for free.

The customer service isnt great. My boyfriend has an accent and was treated very badly by the wait staff and then they told me i couldnt order more bacon after my first order of bacon. Which means either, a breakfast restaurant is low on bacon or they waiter is clueless both are bad.

Good food and good service, but corporate needs to be ashamed of themselves for not keeping up the maintenance. Customers deserve a nice place to eat and employees deserve to be able to work in a place where they do not feel the need to apologize about the condition of the seating.
