Surrounding local resturants were very busy on Saturday night, so we thought Pizza Hut would be a safe alternative...WRONG. Waitress was very bad. We were able to order 2 bottled beers, then they ran out. When our bill came we asked the waitress to split it in half between two credit cards. 15 minutes later she came back, luckily we checked the reciepts because she had added an extra soda and beer to the bill before she charged our cards! (not to mention she didnt know what half meant, so one person paid $8 more. When we went to the front counter to get the bill straight - she had already closed out the bill with the credit machine, so she gave us CASH for the extra soda and beer! Very wierd experience....DO NOT GO HERE.

I been going to that place for last 10 years. Today was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered my food online and went there to pick up and changed my mind and told them I would like to dine in and the manager said u cannot change your mind you have to pick your order and leave. So I said no I will stay here and eat she kicked me out started shouting on me and my family. it was very disrespectful.

Zero customer service, long wait, its not as it used to be, probably because of the people in charge, no attention to customers, food quality its down to the floor I think its an overpriced pizza place. I rather go to Liltle ceasers for now on because I could pay 6 bucks for about the same kind of pizza or even better.. Bottom line is Im going somewhere else to spend my money you guys suck.

I ordered a pizza here online and the time was estimated at 8:29 i waited till 8:50 still did not show up i told them to keep it. They were not very friendly either just did not care that the driver was late. They said if you dont want it dont take it. Damn right i wont take it use my money where its appreciated. Ill be calling the company to complain about this stores ethics.

Ive tried ordering from this restaurant three times in the past month, and twice they havent had a delivery driver during peak times. The second time, I was offered 15% to come pick it up myself. How generous. When I said Id just cancel the order, she hung up on me. Not even an apology. Im sure other restaurants will appreciate my business a little more from now on.
