We came in for dinner at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Place was almost empty. Took 20 minutes for the single waitress to clean up a table which had been finished since before we got there. Floors in the kitchen we could see from the front were filthy. Bathrooms (both) were filthy, trash bins overflowing stains and scum on faucets. Mens urinal was overflowing floor of bathroom was soaked as urinal water ran all over underneath the fixture. Trash was all over counter separating dining area from kitchen. Service area seemed to be disorganized and sloppy. Cigarette butts all over the place outside. Signs hanging off door, windows were dirty. Pizza was ok, a bit undercooked, but was typical Pizza Hut pizza. Salad bar was decent but most items were almost gone. Remember this is 6:30 on a Saturday night. Place has our family and one other eating there. Service was poor, waitress must have been new. We were not waited on one time. I had to bring our long empty cups to the counter to get re-fills. We were presented with a check nice and timely though of course. They gotta get their money. Im giving two stars cause the dining area was nice and it was clean.

Ordered two medium pizzas ( super supreme " hand tossed "). After waiting for them, we received two super supreme "thin and crispy". We were hungry. We ate first pizza. It was doughy. The crust seemed to not be done. We asked the girl that placed the order about the" handtoss". She said she had told them. I questioned the girl that brought the pizza out. She said that was their handtoss. They had emergency pizzas made up. Not at all satisfied. Paid for pizzas. I tried a piece of the other pizza on the way home. It is so doughy. I am calling Pizza Hut tomorrow.

I tried them again Sunday night after boycotting them for years after having a horrible experience. They were nice enough, even telling me it was over an hour wait for delivery. However, once I got my pizzas I was surprised that I had a brownie & cold bread sticks that I didnt order. I even called the driver back thinking it was someones order. He assured me the manager gave them to us. When I opened the pizza boxes I knew why. BOTH pizzas were BURNT...I am so done AGAIN.

Wed been waiting for 45 minutes with a hungry pregnant woman and a baby. We found out they didnt even put our order in. They arent even busy and the server is avoiding us now. 8 years in food service and Im appalled at this incompetence. She finally brought our pizza and dropped 4 of the 5 we ordered with one pizza server and left again without asking if we needed anything else. Weve come here for years and are so incredibly disappointed.

Love the staff! Ordered my normal order on a Friday evening, but unexpected orders flew in, which caused a delay. They were very apologetic and went over and beyond to make it right. Pizzas are always perfect! The manager is awesome and Loves helping the kids in our community!

Service - negative 100%! We waited 40 minutes just to learn that our order had not been entered yet. The time before that only half of what we ordered was brought to our table because the waitress made a mistake! Horrible horrible place. WE WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!

Pizza is never cooked all the way, And nomatter how many times you ask to have the pizza cooked WELL DONE it never happens. I have sat there and told them I am not in a rush I WILL WAIT, Just PLEASE cook my pizza WELL DONE! Other than that I really like them.

The pizza was good however.. there were fire ants in the condiments, dried cheese and sauce on the tables absolutely filthy. Oh and now they only have a unisex bathroom.... I will never order from or dine in again.

Ordered to go after a long drive in to the island. Easily the worst pizza I have ever had. Tasted nothing like Pizza Hut pizza one would expect. Undercooked dough and no sauce. Terrible.
