First, I would like to say that yes, this Chick-Fil-A stays busy and at times, it can be a pain to wait, BUT... This Chick-Fil-A is GREAT! Especially a Ms. Wanda. While it may take a bit to get your food (because everyone wants to come to this place both inside and the drive-thru), she goes the distance every time I have come in there with my children (about twice a week) to make sure we are taken care of from everything to bringing us our food or simply trying to cheer them up as they wait and are a bit antsy. Last week, I even watched a child who was hit by another child in the play area go from balling and crying to as happy as could be after she simply walked him around and got him an ice-cream (she didnt have to do that, but she did because she genuinely cared). The staff here is OUTSTANDING and the food is always HOT AND GOOD! Its so good, my parents even bring my children here when they babysit because of the family friendly atmosphere. If I had to ask for one improvement it would be to formalize a family night and make sure its communicated to the surrounding community. We love you guys!

I have visited many Chick Fil As over the years, but I could not be more proud of this location. One day, a 14 year old me was browsing Facebook, and happened upon a picture of the annual peppermint milkshake. I commented, asking "can I come in, give the manager a high five, and get a free shake because I commented first?" They. Said. Yes. So I did. It was great. The owner was there too, actually, and we also high fived. I dont think that would work again, but needless to say, the people are very nice and the food is good.

I recently started going here after school hours, and really do enjoy the food. The only problem is that I rarely receive all the food I ordered. Chick fil a has managed to mess up my order for the past two days in a row. I recommend taking the time out to double check your order before you leave the restaurant. I must say though, the manager who I spoke to was extremely accommodating and the drive through staff were very nice. This order accuracy problem needs to be fixed.

I LOVE Chick-fil-a. Unfortunately this location has a tendency to serve not-so-fresh chicken and fries more often than not. Granted, I often go during non-peak times, but I always notice they have a lot of packaged up chicken and fries just sitting under the warmers - why when there arent many customers in the store? Ive been to many Chick-fil-as and most of them do a good job of consistently serving fresh chicken - this is not one of them.

Nice experience whenever I visit this place yesterday I was with my 3 children and Mrs. Ana M. is very sweet and kind to all customers, my children ask to go to dinner all the time at leesburg we leave at sterling but the like to go to leesburg, because they say that Mrs. Ana M and Mrs. Wanda are their great friends my son has 3y 2 and 11 year old. I have always felt this location was a little overwhelmed. Tonight we ordered and they repeated the order back to us. We received our food, but when we got home we were missing any condiments that had been asked for, and we were shorted a small fry. We only ordered 4 items and they got it 75% correct. Not very good. Although the food we did get was good. Keep trying.

Terrible service 2 times in a row! I personally do not want to return here at all. I support the values of Chik Fil A founders but not the lack of service at this branch. If you or your family have no other choice but to eat at this branch, remember ignore the lack of good service. FYI this lack of service keeps coming from managers there rather sad indeed.

LOVE it!! The Lemonade is AmAzInG!! Both Diet & Regular Lemonade are delish! I love this place! Kids Meals have lots of options, the Peppermint Chocolate Shake in the Winter is to die for! Other Seasonal Shakes are good too. Grilled Chicken Nuggets are yummy as are the regular nuggets. Pretty Much everything on the Menu is great!

So we have loved just about every. Chikfila we have been in. We think OURS is best. But you can count on any of them for good clean food, good clean setting. I love that they live their values because while they could rake in the bucjs if they were open on Sunday they do not. You go, ChikFil A!

We love coming here for playdates. Food is great! Service is great! It can get busy at times, but they really do try to move the lines through as quickly as possible. They have a dedicated person on the floor that helps moms with young ones get extra napkins, exchange toys for ice cream, etc.

Great Chick-fil-A location. They have story time for kids (with free treat coupons occasionally), and a nice play area. The staff seems to be happy to be there. Just remember, they are closed on Sundays, so get your gallon of tea for the pot luck the night before.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Food is good and served hot. There is a play area for the kids that is clean with an area for toddlers. There is typically a line especially for the drive through but they work hard and efficiently to keep it moving.

Update: selective hearing in the drive thru. Place is great, if they stop changing the breakfast menu items around. Everyone is very nice, the lady that works the dinning room is great and if there is ever an issue she is all over it!

They are a mess. Multiple times ive ordered just a milkshake or simple chicken sandwich meal for carry out and i have had to wait 20 minutes. ridiculous. They pay attention more to the drive-through than actual customers who walked in.

Slowest service of all the Chick-fil-as in the area. No reason that when I go inside and place a to go order that some one in the drive through that placed their order 20 after mine should get their food first. Obsurd.

This CFA is very fast and courteous. The only drawback is that a Panda Express is being built right next to them, so traffic getting into & out of can be annoying.
