*I strongly pride myself on being non-judgmental but this is absurd* Hands down, the worst experience Ive ever had at a public place. My party of 7 arrived at 9:45pm and were escorted to a table in Jackies section that had been set aside for us. Instead, there were several guys sitting in our booth. When she politely asked them to move, they got very confrontational and aggressive towards Jackie. After several minutes, they finally gave OUR table up. Took me about 30 minutes to get my drink and order food. Cue the DJ at 10pm and I thought I had entered a club. I couldnt even talk to my friends sitting less than 3 feet away! Loud music blasting and dudes with towels on their heads hooping and hollering to their friends. I was so irritated that I stepped outside to smoke a cigarette and get a jacket out of my car. Upon returning to the front door, the "security" guard asked for my ID. Having left my purse inside, I didnt have it. One of my friends was under 21 & he refused to let her in even though we arrived before 10pm and had already ordered food. The security guard continued to mock me and my friends while two Capitol city cops just stood there. When I stated "Im going to get your manager now" and attempted to enter the restaurant, the door was slammed in my face by the security guard. He stated "you know its probably not a good idea to storm past the security" as the cops continued to do nothing. When I asked one of the officers if I could enter the premises to get the manager, he told me it was up to "security". Finally one of my friends went inside to get my ID and I promptly found the manager. He let my friends in with no hesitation and we returned to our table. Before we left, I asked to speak to the manager once more. I told him about my horrible experience only for him to say "sorry but the damage has already been done" and offered NO compensation. Mind you, I spent well over $70 (on my order that was messed up - the least of my worries) on just two people. Im not sure what kind of place he is trying to run but this is a club that brings a rough crowd, NOT a family restaurant. I have never felt so unwelcome, disrespected, or feared for my own safety as I did last night. I will NEVER return to this location and make sure none of my friends do either. In fact, this whole place should be shut down before people start getting shot over tables.

Ok so myself and two friends went visited here on 03/24/2017 the overall establishment is nice but the customer service is horrible we arrived at approximately 10:30 pm I added our name to the waiting list after waiting over an hour an half to be seated we began to realize that we were be skipped over people that came it long after us were being seated I finally spoke with the hostess and noticed she was calling names on a second waiting list sheet that had been started while our name was on the first sheet, she had a nasty attitude as well and assured us the next available table would be ours , we waited for another 15 minutes seeing tables come available but werent being cleaned asked hostess could she get someone to clean table that never happened we sat ourselves and cleaned the table ourselves, once the waitress came she took our orders which came back totally wrong, we ordered endless wings for appetizers lets just say they were endless we only got one order. We waited so long to get our orders corrected and the food still wasnt anything to brag about, I will say the waitress tried her best to remain positive under pressure because it was hectic in that place, the manger as well did give us our food free because service was so horrible I guess thats the only positive out of it all, I may go back but it wont be on a Friday maybe during the week when they can accommodate their guest accordingly

My husband and I try to support this place, being as it is in our "neck of the woods". We stopped by on a Sunday evening, and just looking in from the door, it was so dirty, the floors were sticky and there were more than 6 empty tables with left over dirty plates and glasses. We turned around and left. So several months passed and we decided to give this location another try. We stopped in on a Thursday. It was more clean and quiet. I ordered chicken with Bacardi sauce, mashed potatoes and broccoli. I tasted the mashed potatoes... it was amazing. My broccoli was just right! I then sliced my chicken, put it in my mouth and it was extra chewy and obviously under-cooked. I tried another slice of the chicken.... same thing. So the waiter, who was VERY nice, understood that I could not eat partially cooked chicken, so he had the chef prepare another plate on the house. I really appreciated the waiters desire to keep the customer pleased. There is also a manager who walks around to each table to make sure the customers are happy. He is very friendly. I took the plate home as a carryout, the chicken was still under-cooked. So I put it in the oven at home and cooked it all the way through. I will not be returning, but I appreciate the waitstaff.

Im not one to write reviews, but my experience here was so terrible I have to. This place sucks. The bartenders were unorganized not knowing who ordered what, or if people even ordered at all. I asked for a cherry coke clearly, and they brought me a cherry sprite initially, so I had to correct that. After getting my drink it took them another 20mins to take my food order. Then when the food finally came out they couldnt find silverware so I had to wait another 5mins before the waiter finally decided to find me some. Stepped into the mens bathroom, and ive been in cleaner gas station bathrooms. There was a strong urine smell and paper towels all over the floor. The bartender that looked latino knows nothing about bartending, she was more concerned with being on her phone and cleaning rather than tending to customers. I saw customers walking out of the door due to lack of service. I went at 9pm on a Tuesday, maybe theyre better on different days or earlier in the day, but I doubt it.

First off Ill say something good, the host opened the door for me. It irks me when the hosts dont open the doors for you when its not busy. Its a very nice simple gesture that takes like a minute. Anyway, we were seated in this dingy corner of the restaurant that just looked like it SERIOUSLY needed to be renovated. We were right next to some random cabinets and a sink or something, I guess a makeshift prep area for... something. Anyway I hope it wasnt a prep area because an employee just left their drink there. The food took a WHILE to get to us and wasnt really that great, especially considering the price!!! My fiance had to eat not only his meal but most of my meal too because his chicken parmesan was tiny and didnt even come with sides! I usually have leftovers wherever I go but not here, tiny portions! The desert was excellent. The worst thing, though, was the fact that the horrible food made me sick ALL night. Dont eat here.
