Of the last five times I have dined here only two times have been successful/enjoyable. During my most recent visit I walked out without anything. Had walked in, too find out, they were out of chicken and we could only order sides, around 7:00pm. Chicken when available has not been enjoyable. Taste like its been sitting out for hours, dried out. Sides have been served cold, in one case ice cold. Unless some changes are made to the operation of this restaurant, I would not recommend.

The food is ok, the cleanliness is not very good, the employees arent friendly, and the prices are over priced not because of the quantity but because their food isnt hot, or served nicely. I have not had a free day to do this yet but I went their last week and the food was dumped all over a tray that didnt have paper on it! I said to them "This is absolutely disgusting"! I should be calling customer service so thats what im going to do after this.

The remodeled look of the new place is great, food is great ...But service was horrible. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. All young kids working looking like they didnt know how to do their job. Will never visit the drive thru again. Hopefully its faster when i go inside next time

I was going to order from them an the lady freaked out because I couldnt understand what she was saying I thought she was saying fries an she freaked out saying I said Sides then spelled it then screamed the diff. side dishes at me VERY RUDE They just lost a customer

Staff was horrible. Everything my son and I tried to order, they didnt have. They took care of drive thru over people in dining room. All of what was left kept going to drive thru. We changed our order 5 times. Finally settled for something. Even manager was nasty.

I used to hate this KFC location but things have really turned around. Quality has vastly improved and staff has been much friendlier. Interior could be better and sometimes they run out of stuff though. Still usually a good experience.

This place is a disaster. Poor management at best. Service slow as hell. At 5 oclock on a Thursday 25 minutes to get a simple order from the drive-through. The worst place horrible service rude staff never apologized for lateness

The manager was great!! She needs better staff behind her ! Kids these days...no work ethic... Not her fault! I love KFC I will forever go... But these kids working tonight on Monday night the 8/7/17... Hats sideways ... Lazy...

Friendly people, but each time I go here theyve screwed up my order in some way. I wish they had a better system to ensure accuracy. Once or twice is an honest mistake, but consistent errors are a bigger problem

They always mess up my orders even when it is correct on the receipt. Check to make sure they actually gave you your sauces (they never do). An annoying drive thru to get food from, food is usually warm at least.

Clean & well lit inside. Small counter area for orders & pick-up makes it uncomfortably tight when there are more than 6 people in the line, so try to avoid the busiest times if you have personal space issues.
