Absolute worse experience with delivery ever. Ordered our food. Called an hour and twenty minutes later to see where the food was and the guy on the phone said that the delivery guy was on the way (we literally live right down the block) . 40 minutes later my husband called again and the guy was completely rude. Said he should be here with our order in 5 minutes. Waited another 15 minutes and the person finally decided to show up. To top it off our food was cold when it got here and definitely not worth the wait. Waste of time and money ordering from this place. If I should make a recommendation it would be not to ever order from this establishment.

We moved here from NYC and as with moving to any new place the biggest challenges are finding a good place to cut your hair and finding a good chinese take-out place. We must have tried every place in Raleigh before we realized we hadnt given the closest place a try, Jumbo China. The food is fantastic. The portions are very large, and the price is very inexpensive. They always get our order correct, on-time and are very nice. On top of that they dont skimp on sauces or fortune cookies- theyre all in the bag already. Just make sure to ask for chopsticks.

I ordered through the delivery service. 1. The sauce was metalic tasting 2 The lobster was dry 3. They used fake crab. 4. The cold noodles with sesame was in the same bag as the hot food and therefore HOT not cold like it was supposed to be (havent tasted it yet as I have to wait until it gets cold. 5. To top it all off the bag for the fortune cookies was empty. I wont go back or order again.

I used to love this place but as of recently, their customer service is horrible. 1. I ordered a meal with no peanuts. It arrives with peanuts. I call to tell them and I was told that food costs money and to just pick out the peanuts. Like I didnt just pay for this. 2. I ordered a meal that cost $9.95. They refused to deliver the food to me because the minimum order is $10. Im done with them.

I called for a takeout order for pickup. The order wasnt ready when promised and it took twice as long as they had indicated. They apparently were very busy on this cold winter night. The food was okay, but not great. I had to dig to find the chicken in the "Chicken Chow Mein" and the beef was of bad quality in the "Beef and Mixed Vegetables." However, they gave generous quantities.

DO NOT EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! IT TOOK 2 HOURS FOR ME TO RECEVIVE MY FOOD, AFTER BEING TOLD IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 40 MINUTES. I CALLED AND THEN THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD COME BY TWICE TO DELIVER THE FOOD. NEVER SAW ANYONE!! THEY TOOK ANOTHER 20 MINUTES TO COME BACK AND THEN MADE ME COME FIND HIM. FOOD WAS GOOD, BUT NEVER ORDER DELIVERY.

I had a great first experience with this place. I ordered these hot and sour soup which was filled with a lot of vegetables and the chicken vegetable combination. I had them make it spicy and everything was very good. And life change up from the local place do they typically go to. Me and my girlfriend split the meal for about $11 including a can of soda.

The worst Chinese food ever. The cashew chicken wasnt worth eating. So I thought to myself well thank goodness for the egg rolls. Take a look at the photo these are far worse than the cashew chicken. Im stuck working 14 hours with no food and cheated out of $25. Stay away from this place. They have no quality or sense of pride.

Worst Chinese delivery food in Raleigh. The food is tasteless and soggy the crab Rangoons felt like they had cottage cheese in them. Do yourself a favor and drive to Golden China whether its raining or not. We needed a quick hot meal and ended up throwing it in the trash and eating cereal.

Yum Yum My favorite place we eat here about once a week. i am a vegetarian but for their dumplings i make an exception. They have the best crab ragoons some times they are a little less good but i think it depends what time a day, pick up v. delivery, and how fast you eat them.

This taste nothing like it used to a few years ago. Not even Chinese people cooking the food! The chicken looks and taste like its been cooked in dirty, old grease. The General Tsos chicken has to much garlic and first remotely taste like its supposed to at all!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! I was told that they are unable to deliver to my house and hung up abruptly. This is after placing 2 successful deliveries with this restaurant in the past. Never again will they get my business.

BE CAREFUL they take you card number and start charging your card and stealing your money. I have had to cancel my bank card 2x and my son $280 was taken and then refund. these ppl steal your money be careful... now we have order bank card!!!

Out of all the oriental takeout restaurants ive tried in this area, this is by the far the best. I find it difficult to compromise on my usual staples with other takeouts now. Ill drive 10 more minutes to come here for takeout.

Best chinese in raleigh! Delivery is very fast, unless when I order around dinner time and they are very busy with their take out and dine in, but worth the wait for the good food!

Delivered the wrong soup and gave me no sauces. Who eats an egg roll with no sauce? Complete waste of money. Terrible experience. And tipped the driver very well!! Never again.
