The customer service leaves something to be desired. Every time we have called to place an order they are rude, only half listening to our order & tell us they have moved to a different location & hang up. There are, apparently, 2 locations they use to confuse customers. Tonight I placed an order and was told to pick it up at their six forks location. I asked to clarify which location because the last couple times weve ordered they told us Falls of Neuse (again, because they "have moved"). The guy in a very short, rude manner said they "have moved, pick-up six forks", then of course hung up on me. So I get my husband who is on his way home from work & would be driving right by it to pick it up. And believe it or not they tell him the food is at the Falls location! They placed all the blame on me. My only fault is trusting in their service. I am tired of getting this kind of service from them & will never buy from them again. They are the worst. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worse customer service ever. Ordered garlic shrimp with not chestnuts, my office mate went to pick up food and pointed it out to them. Instead of making it over, their sorry behides called themselves taking them out, do they not understand this could be due to allergies. Needless to say they wanted me to bring food back, after wasting my whole lunch break. Not accommodating, I told her I would send a picture, and they could accommodate me next time, no she wanted me to hang on to food until I am back in Raleigh next week and bring it back for them to re-make. WTH-never will they have me as a customer again!!!!

For this place to get alot of business at lunch time, they have poor customer service. I ordered general tsu(however you spell it) chicken and white rice for lunch. I called back to let them know they did not include my vegetables (broccoli) He stated they do not serve broccoli with lunch combo. BS I always get this for lunch and have always had broccoli. The food is great but the people are dumb! My co-workers eat here for lunch because its close to us and theres always an issue.

Best Hunan chicken in Raleigh. Ive been coming here at least twice a week for the past 5 years and the food is always great. Hunan chicken has large pieces of tender white meat with loads of veggies. The sauce is a perfect blend of sweet and hot. My kids love the sesame chicken and the moo shu pork is always a winner. I also love the dumplings either steamed or fried. For quick and consistently good Chinese food this is a great place to go.

I was very disappointed that they made their tofu soup with chicken broth. Most people who eat tofu, dont eat meat so I did not think to ask what the soup was made from. When I got home and tasted it, my tummy told me what I was eating. Although this mistake was made on my part for not asking the ingredients, they did provide me with a refund.

Ive been ordering takeout here since they opened ~10yrs ago and have never been disappointed. Favorites include: chicken with garlic sauce, black bean sauce, eggrolls, steamed dumplings, and bean curd with vegetable soup for a healthy choice.

I love Jumbo China, its so delicious! The Hunan chicken is yummy, my brother loves the General Tsos chicken. Moo Shu pork is great as well. And the service is very prompt and polite! Best place for good value chinese food in Raleigh.

Great food for the price. You cant beat the $5 lunch special. Dont expect spicy with the general tso, but if you like it spicy just ask and theyll hook it up. Definitely the way to go.
