WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - I went to China Fu Yesterday evening around 7:30pm. I ordered a LoMein Combo and Crab Ragoon. AS soon as I placed my order with a cashier the credit card machine broke. She asked me if I had any cash. Unfortunately I rarely have cash on me. She began making my food and said she would try the credit card machine again. The manager finally came in about 20 minutes later to try to fix the machine. I waited at China Fu for 30 minutes I had somewhere I needed to be at 8:00pm and I was already running late due to the credit card machine. I finally had to leave the restaurant with no food in my hand. I had waited 30 minutes for NOTHING. The cashier tried to direct me to another restaurant I assumed they owned. Two things should have happened. 1.) They should have given me the food for Free because of the huge inconvenience or they should have written down my card information to ring up the next day. OR they should have told me they couldnt help me since I didnt have cash so I would have time to go somewhere else. At this point I have no plans to EVER return to China Fu or refer any of my friends or family.

Good food, horrible online ordering system, rude employee. Ordered online this evening, arrived 20 minutes later to pick up my order, girl behind the counter said my order never came through. So, I ordered again, waited another 15 minutes for it to be prepared, paid, took my food and went on my way. 2 hours later I get a phone call from China Fu wondering when I was coming to pick up my order. I tried explaining to the woman what had transpired earlier, but she didnt understand. Finally she insisted a couple of times that I went to the wrong place and hung up on me. Ive been a China Fu customer for about six months......You know, I like their food, and was happy to have finally found a local Chinese place that seemed to care about its sanitation rating. On the other hand, I was inconvenienced, forced to waste time, and then ultimately blamed by them for -their- screw-up. Will I go back again? Maybe.....but I am actively on the lookout once again for someplace different.

The food is OK, but I hate going here. Its always stuffy warm (no AC) and there is no greeting when you walk in. The people who take your order are the most miserable people I have ever met. Worse than the DMV. Even if you say Hi with a smile, they will not reply with a similar greet. We have had a few wrong orders as well. The only reason this place hasnt shut down is because of a lack of other Chinese food places nearby. If competition moves in, this place will be history.

The cashier was a woman wearing a hat, she is very rude. When your customers come in you should greet them, I walked up to the counter and said hello before I ordered and she just looked at me did not speak back. Also she walked everybody else their food to their table and just sat mine on the counter and said "mam". I will never come back thats just ridiculously rude.

This is your standard Chinese take-out place. Not a fancy restaurant or a place serving authentic Asian cuisine. That said, my order has always been accurate, timely and hot. Food is good, not great, exactly what I would expect for fast-food. Though the service can be short (theyre in a rush.. its fast food), its never unfriendly.

Was visiting from out of town and was very disappointed in the service and cashier of this restaurant. She wasnt pleasant at all and when my food was ready, she just put it on the counter and walked away. She didnt offer us sauces, we had to get them ourselves. Will never go back again. First impressions are lasting impressions!

For the last two ratings to extol the qualities of this restuarant is to claim dog food is excellent. This joint is ok at best. Typical run of the mill fast food pseudo Americanized Chinese food with substandard quality and taste. Be skeptical of five star ratings for they may be written by the owners.

Terrible customer service, front desk lady was rude and impatient, talks over you. And I got the Generals Tsos chicken which I get from places all the time, and this is by far the worst Ive ever had. Its almost all breading and no meat! Complete waste of time and money.

I tried to order a delivery from here on their website. When I called the actual restaurant the woman who answered was VERY rude. She told me they did not deliver and after I said I would have to cancel my order she HUNG UP ON ME. I will NEVER go to this restaurant.

Tried it for the first time; we had the egg drop, shrimp Lo mein and Kung pao chicken. Good seasoning on the kung pao sauce but the chicken lacked taste, the soup was oily and the yellow fried rice was bland. Will not return to this place.

Ok food. Standard Chinese takeout. Very rude and unpleasant.Standard prices. Drinks are expensive and no refills. Any change to the menu item is a major federal case (mushrooms upset my stomach). Vegetables usually mushy.

My wife is Asian and I am American. We tried this restaurant without reading the reviews. DO NOT EAT HERE. Worst food I have eaten in 10 years. Tastless and made us sick in the stomach. They should be shutdown!!

We are very impressed with this place. Not much seating inside, but since we live in Falls River, it doesnt matter. Awesome Lo Mein and Moo Sho Pork. Yum yum!
