While the food was pretty good, our waitress was terrible and very rude to us. We were there for a birthday in our group. Told the waitress that, she said they would sing (they never did). She took our order, she never refilled our drinks, we asked for extra napkins and we had to get them from someone else, we asked for more fries and never got those either. Here is the kicker, the manager told us she was simply overwhelmed because she had too many tables. There was barely anyone in the place and for a Friday night that should have been a warning sign. This waitress stood by the bathroom doing absolutely nothing for 10 minutes while her tables needed her attention. She made eye contact with me several times but never came to over. It was absolutely ridiculous. The manager gave us a discount and vouchers for free food but I will never go back in that place again!!

Last Monday at 9:20 pm (they close at 10:00 pm) the person at the door was horrible, made us feel like we were disturbing her by coming at 9:20 pm, 9 of us were going to celebrate my wifes birthday, we ended up leaving, and going to eat elsewhere, note my point is if a restaurant or business offers service till 10:00 pm, the servers should be pleasant, and customer minded at least to closing time, and there are always ways to tell customers we do close at 10 pm and still be customer oriented. last note every single one of us noted the terrible aptitude therefore this review is not based on a single individual review. We went back on Friday, and service, attention was very good, except for the waiting for fries which takes 20 minutes, and they only bring 10-12 fries for a table with 7 people.... bottomless fries......

Every now and then I just want to go out for some good comfort food with my family. Our six-year-old daughter keeps our options somewhat limited based on her tastes, so instead of a cool new sushi place, the better bet is often a burger joint. Fortunately, Red Robin offers a setting and menu that can keep all of us happy. Their burgers are really good and they have tons of different kinds so you can almost always find something to suit your taste no matter what youre looking for. Did I mention that they have great milkshakes too. Well they do. That alone kept my daughter happy throughout the meal. I was also really impressed with the service. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, but not intrusive or pushy. It made for a very relaxed and enjoyable meal in a setting where everyone around seemed to be in a good mood.

Theres lots of better places in the area. Ive been to this location twice, and had a bad experience both times. Latest time the food took forever to come to the table, and was all cold when it arrived. Kind of irritating to know that the food was sitting there on the counter while we waited hungry. We also had to go and get our own silverware. On a prior trip the server argued with me about whether my burger was cooked all the way, trying to tell me that it was the lighting (although how the lighting would only make the middle look pink is beyond me). "Bottomless fries" were never refilled on either trip, making that promotion kind of pointless (the server didnt come back till we were ready to go anyway).

We had a little problem with an order wed placed the other day but I wanted to focus more on the awesome service we received in response to some of the initial errors. We spoke with Jordan who was great on the phone and then went in the follow day and met up with Keith who was another manager. He was apologetic and very focused on customer service - something that seems to be rare these days. Our server that day was Sean and he was friendly and very attentive. We understand that mistakes happen but what makes this location awesome is their dedication to their customers. We will definitely be going back more and recommending Red Robin at this location to folks we know.

Believe me when I say that I had to be coerced into going to Red Robin for lunch. My thought was that I would be surrounded by a hoard of screaming kids. My wife said that it would not be that bad and she was right. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Our meal came out in just a few minutes and the taste and presentation was right on the mark. Michael , Our server was prompt and very courteous and the GM even came over to ask about our meal. We were in and out in under an hour and very much impressed. The lesson here guys is to always listen to your wife because , happy wife happy life.

My family and I went here for a school outing and I have to admit it was pretty good. Although loud and relatively packed because of the event, the waiter was great. He was very attentive to my wife and son and did not try and force any expensive drinks or other unnecessary items down our throats. The food was good, albeit I didnt think it was anything overly special for a burger place. One negative think I would have to say about this Red Robin is that the table we sat at was SMALL. We were lucky to fit our plates on it.

I have mostly stopped going to this place. Used to take the kids there often, but we have had consistently bad service for a couple of years or maybe longer. This is in different branches in the Raleigh area, at different time of day, different servers, etc... It just seems like they have switched to a new system that makes service very slow and inconsistent. Not sure what the problem is, but its been very consistently bad. This is the last time I am coming here for a while. Like the food, hate the dining experience.

I normally really like red robin but this location wasnt very good. Our well done burgers were medium (completely pink inside) and our server never came around to check so I just took my food home to recook it in the oven. Service was so slow. I wont come back to this location. I noticed some of the other severs around us being really friendly so thats why Im giving it 2 stars.

Service is always great and friendly. however I am not a fan of the food. I have been here many times with my kids and they love it. But I have not been happy one time with anything I have ordered. Maybe it is just not the place for me, because my kids would go here everyday if I let them. I would give them a 3 stars for food. But my kids would rate a 5. So I am giving a 4 star.

Terrible experience. Went there after reading online that they are good in managing Allergies( the website looks really attractive) but its not as my 6 year old had an instant allergic reactions after eating just a bite of his meal. The server assured us that they take very good care for Allergies. Wont recommend if you have Allergy concerns or dietary restrictions.

Large selection of burgers and other bun foods and salads. Service a bit slow on Friday night at prime time, but the server, Chelsea, was both enthusiastic and attentive. The Banzai burger was way above expectation... it was GREAT! Edit: A year later and the food is still good and the service is very attentive, better than most.
