This place served me what has to be thee nastiest hamburger Ive ever had. The bun was so soggy and filled with grease, flattened out like paper. The meat was cold because it sat up on the counter 30 minutes before they figured out it was my order. They wait staff are totally untrained properly and seemed like they could care less about the customers...and the cook with his pants so baggy that his underwear/ boxers and his ass hanging out for all the customers to see would be fired on the spot if this were my restaurant. The owner of this place has no shame and this place needs to be shut down. I will never return to any of their restaurants and never recommend them, nasty experience all around. So gross it would gag a maggot. Sorry owner, dont reply and ask me to give your restaurant another chance because that will never happen. I was so mad that my wife had to refrain me from taking my hamburger and literally throwing it at the cooks.

I am so upset and ashamed of how badly this place has become. The cheese for the fries was so watered down it was unbelievable. The waitstaff was not intentive at all. Waited 15 minutes to be asked to get a refill. The table was filthy and remained filthy when we sat down until I took the lead and asked for a towel to wipe it down myself. Being a former waitress and assistant manager of Andys/Hwy 55 myself, the whole 6 years I dedicated to this establishment and then to see it go downhill with these type of examples breaks my heart. I witnessed a couple walk out due to not being greeted and acknowledged at the table. Management needs to look into this location. It was never like this. I remember opening day of this location and having to come from my towns location to come help because of how busy it was. Bring back the old times, the old and friendly waitresses and the care and passion of serving and becoming family to the customers!

My daughter ordered fries and three drinks. They brought our fries....we waited, waited, waited. People came and went. I pointed out that we still hadnt received our drinks. The guy that took our order told someone else to get our drinks. We waited, waited, waited...people that were several minutes behind us in line had been served and left. We were still waiting. Finally another employee asked me, "Maam have you been served? I said, "We are still waiting on our drinks..." at that moment another customer behind me literally pushed me aside and said, "Im waiting to order!" Instead of getting our drinks she proceeded to take her order. I stopped being polite at that point. TWENTY minutes had passed with several attempts to get help gone complete ignored by staff. They finally got our drinks. We spent a total of 30 minutes waiting for an order of fries and three simple sodas!! Ridiculous!!!

With a name like Burgers Shakes and Fries It better be good! It is very casual diner atmosphere, belly up to the bar or grab a booth. Greeted with a smile when walked in and the friendliness did not stop there. Server was attentive the entire time asking if we would like something else and thanked us for coming in. Real pleasant servers. Hamburger were very good fresh and juicy. chocolate and vanilla shakes were outstanding. Better than Chick-Fill-a (which I think are great tasting) did not have strawberry but tasted vanilla and chocolate. Liked the burgers so much took one to go. When got home saw they tightly wrapped burger in small sheet of foil which essentially smashes the burger and bun together so the bun is wafer thin and a big mess sticking to the foil Burger was still good they just need to get containers for their to go orders wrapping in foil does not do it justice.

After chalking the last 2 trips up to flukes, its sad to that we will most likely not be returning to this HWY 55. The wait staff has gone severely down hill over the last few years, our orders are rarely right, we wait and wait and wait for drinks and even longer for refills. The staff is barely tolerable, walking by the table and tapping asking if we need help and gone before we respond. New management is definitely needed, however having experience in the industry Im well aware that an establishment inside the mall gets enough traffic that these types of issues are overshadowed by revenue. Shame indeed.

First waiter came over, I think he was one of the line cooks, to take my order. T He mumbled the specials and took my drink order. He came back with my drink, I told him I needed a few minutes. Well 15 minutes later, he or nobody else came to get my order. The place wasnt even that busy. I just got up and went to another place to eat. Used to like this place, but not anymore. .

After waiting for 5 minutes (with MULTIPLE workers walking by) we were finally asked in a rude manner if we wanted anything. I simply stated that a greeting, a HI would be nice. She looked at me like a deer in headlights. Please teach your staff to GREAT customers when they walk in the door. Not bark a them after they have been waiting for 5 minutes.

Just had an awesome grilled cheese. Had to wait a little bit to place our order, but to make up for the wait they doubled our food for free. Customer service with a smile keeps me coming back.

Had lunch with my toddler here. Not a bad burger and he enjoyed his grilled cheese. Glass windows kept him occupied people watching. Great service and staff was friendly!
