This was the worst end to a dinner with my family. Nicki could not do her job and wanted to blame us for her incompetence. She served our food then never came back to the table. She had an issue with one of the other tables and got mad because we talked to them across the room. In the real world the waitress would have management or another waitress take the table. We asked her what the problem was and she calls the cops. Another lady then decided she was gonna confront my child so i had to handle her. Long story short we paid for our food, waited for the police and had them get us the number for owner or manager. Being in customer service you dont like everyone but you still have a job to do. If its not for you get another job or run your own business. OAN the food is good and one ignorant waitress will not stop me from going there. Hopefully she will no longer be employed there. You should never have to go to your server for service, they supposed ro come to you.

I work not far from Best Diner and at least once a week my boss and coworkers order from here. When we pick up our orders theres always something wrong with at least one order and after telling them over the phone that the orders will be paid separately we remind them and get nothing but attitude, and eye rolls. A few times they will just walk away from the register without warning while were trying to break the orders up for them. They are typically disrespectful to us over the phone and in person. Also when we let them know that an order is wrong or something is missing (dressing, straws, etc.) They hassle us and continue to get more attitude. This is probably be our last time ordering from this restaurant; which is a disappointment because their food is usually pretty excellent.

My husband and I go to Best Dinner every Sat & Sunday. We usually get great food and the best waitress staff. Tonight 8/21 at 11:00pm we decided to eat late. Should have known when I sat down and no one came straight over it was going to be ruff. I asked for 3 items fried bologna, one egg over hard and white toast. For whatever reason ( lala) Kept asking if I wanted chips or fries after repeating myself several times I said, dont worry about it water is fine. She then asked another waitress to come over and I kept saying dont worry about it. Then to top it off the waitress brought the other guess food first and never came back. She left with out saying can I get you anything else my shift is over. Needless to say we WILL NOT BE BACK AT NIGHT EVER!!!

This place is the WORST RESTAURANT EVER! I came in here expecting a nice experience and when I came in they started out nice but once I sat down and ordered food they ignored me for 10min til I finally got service. When I ordered coffee it was cold and the sugar lid spiled in my cup and then when I asked for additional help they refused and then when I asked for a manager and when she was also rude to me. The food was also COLD! THEN THE OWNER CAME OVER AND TRIED TO SAY I WAS WRONG! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! I WILL NOT be coming back here EVER!

Its a good place. Madi and Anna must have ticked somebody off....They are the only two unfavorable reviews I read and from my own experience there over several years, typically in the evenings, it is a good place to eat. Madi and Anna need to get over it...try being nice and not stupify things by having 6 or 8 separate orders. Order it all, get a total, then divide it up at work, not at the cashier....only dummies do that. Forrest Gump.

Its not fancy, but its good. My ex and I used to eat there quite frequently, but I havent been there in about six months. The steak and cheese sub is awesome and the fries are some of the best Ive ever eaten. Most of the wait staff is pretty nice. Bring a sweater because its always cold in there. The only thing Ive ever had there that wasnt good was a piece of baklava. They over-nuked it and it was tough as shoe leather.

I have been here 3x. Came to eat with a friend and got a subtle attitude from a server (nikki). Cant subsititute basic things on the menu (even for a cost) like most places. Ordered something as basic as toast and they couldnt even butter it. Food was ok, each time i have been here its been just ok. If you can ignore the service aspect of it, come for the food.

Usually I receive good food and good service however TODAY (6-24-16) the server got my order all wrong, wasnt even close to what I wanted. Then I got a order to go which was very skimpy. The prices are too high and the service sucked cause she didnt pay attention to what I wanted. She (the black girl) was more interested in what a co-worker was saying.

One of our standards for breakfast out! It is a true diner with a great selection, the food is always solid, and the staff is always friendly. It can hold a larger number of people, so wait times are always minimal (compared to some other places). If youre looking for a diner for breakfast or lunch - cant go wrong with Best!

The service here can either make or break the experience. The waitresses that work during the day are always in bad moods and dont know how to hold a decent demeanor when taking orders. The ones at night are much more receptive though and regardless, the food is always good. Also, the ceiling tends to drip...

Went there for the first time. Food was great and staff was very friendly and efficient, but best of all was some of the regular customers. Had some great conversations with complete strangers. Remember you never know who you will meet so dont be afraid to strike up conversations with the person next to you.

I use to love your food. Now everytime I come they mess my order up. My sandwich looked sloppy and they tried to give me fries. I order chips. Last time I order fries and got hard hashbrowns. Im not racist but some English speaking and reading cooks would be great. Thanks.

The food is enjoyable and very cheap. The waitresses are very nice (one even remembers me and what I want to drink despite not being in there for weeks at a time usually) bright and bustling. Not a 5 star place but its not filthy like others are saying.

Their food is decent, as far as diner food goes. The customer service is the reason they wont get a higher rating. The waitstaff, particularly Leila is cold and unwelcoming as if patrons coming in causes them a major inconvenience.

A nice place to eat. It has good customer service. The wait staff was excellent. I only get a half hour for lunch. Im able to order my section and still have enough time to enjoy eat it. Lunch specials are at reasonable prices.
