The current staff was extremely family-friendly and attentive. You could tell the staff operated very cohesively. They held the door for all guests and welcomed them in from the start which we had never really seen before which tells me they are really working on improvements in customer service. Multiple waitresses frequently checked our table and were very kind. Our meals came out fairly quickly. The burgers were and always have always been extremely delicious and high quality. There is an upcharge for the lemonade, but it is definitely worth it in my opinion. We have been coming to the various locations since before their rebrand and have always enjoyed our experience on every dining; especially during the classic car shows they have hosted before. The menu has somewhat of a decent variety and the old school decor is pretty awesome. One of the waitresses took the time to have a friendly conversation with my little brother and sister and as well gave them stickers to decorate their cardboard cars. As mentioned in negative reviews, the cleanliness around has never bothered me or my family and was just fine. They are currently upgrading their appearance under new management so we understand.

I have already sent a lengthy email to corporate. But to say the least I have seen it all today...bugs in the light fixtures, disgusting floors with old food all over them under the tables and such. Nasty floor in the kitchen. Bathrooms looked like it needed lots of cleaning! The staff...wow, just chatting away with each other for about 45 minutes. Come on management lets get these young employees trained on how to take care of the place you work for or look for another job because they had to close down because you and your managers are too lazy to care! This is whats wrong with the restaurant industry today, lazy people working with lazy management thats just there for the pay check . When it closes you can happily put on your next application that the place you worked for before closed due to the cleanliness and no customers would put up with it...lets see if the next place hires you!!!

I have been to quite a few of these grills. This particular location sux ass. The food took forever and came to our table wrong. When I told the waitress the burgers was wrong she tried to tell me it wasnt. The fries were burnt and when I told her they were, she said they all come out a dark brown. Now having ate at so many different ones over the years I know that the burger I ate here and the fries are not sold at any other location I have been to. McDonalds has better quality. Do yourself a favor and try a can of dog food before you waste your money here.

Fast, fresh and good. If your from Texas and miss good ol Whataburger, the burgers here are the closest in taste. Bacon was thick too. Quite a few people were here eating so I dont understand why the reviews are so low. My husband and I ate here late in the afternoon and the shift seemed to be on point. Will definitely visit this location again. Also its clean..dont know about the bathtooms though since we didnt use them. Ooh and the prices are very reasonable too I was expecting them to be high but was pleasantly surprised.

Took my family here for a quick dinner last night, very pleasant experience... We got greeted by more than one employee when entering, not busy so sat down and waitress came over quickly and got our drink order. We placed our food order but when we received it, two of the orders were wrong but quickly sent back to correct without any attitudes or questions, food was fresh and yummy! Waitress apologized multiple times and we were all satisfied with the experience. We will return to this location!

Check what they charge you for before paying. Young waitress too busy having conversation with coworkers. I realized 15 min away I payed for wrong order. These servers are there for a paycheck, they dont care about checking on the customers to see if anything else is needed. Too busy having conversations outside the workplace. Mens bathroom door very sticky-nasty. Needs to Hire hard working people that dont mind doing dirty work like cleaning. Save yourself aggravation and go to Burger King!

We meet friends here and they picked it. I looked at these reviews and got scared. I was pleasantly surprised. Carmen was our waitress and was amazing. She opened the door as we entered and was very helpful. We stayed for 2 hours visiting and laughing with friends. The staff was gracious and kept refilling drinks. The food was amazing. Best burger in the area. I was very impressed and think the place has turned and is worthy of a try. Youll be glad you did.

Not the same as it was when it was Andys. The fries were cold when they arrived. My bread for my Poboy was tough like it had been microwaved too long & my sons grilled cheese was burnt. We left most of our food on the table. Wish I would have opted for a less expensive tastier 4 for $4 as I contemplated on prior to my arrival. Would have asked for a refund but I had a hungry child who had waited a long time to eat.

We love highway 55 even from before when it was Andys. We came to this location hoping that it would be faster than the cracker barrel. Got a table right away but still waiting for our food. Were hoping to be back on the road by now. My wife had to take her empty cup to the counter to get a refill. Do not recommend this location. The only consolation is that everyone else is waiting forever as well...

we came in late for a pick up order and the people were just the nicest people ever. good customer service is hard to find these days, but all of the staff during our visit were great. and the food was really, really good. try the jalapeño cheesesteak- quite possibly the best I have ever had. and the frozen custard is better than any other place in town.

Waitresses rather be on their phones then help customers. Bacon cheeseburger came with a single peice of bacon. Restroom was destroyed. Just plain nasty. Also good luck trying to get in touch with anyone important there. Phone skills are null. Wouldnt waste another visit here. This place used to be a 10 now its not even worth a 1 star rating.

It was just ok. Service was iffy they were out of a lot, and she seemed like it just wasnt a big deal. She was nice enough, and the food was pretty good except for the cheese fries my son got that there was so much cheese he couldnt eat them. She did not offer to fix it, only giggled at the mistake. Not sure if I would go back or not.

The food is good and cooked to order. Service is a bit slow at times with forgotten drink refills frequently. The burgers and onion rings are great. Sweet tea is really sweet and fresh. The parking lot is in need of much repair with huge pot holes which makes maneuvering difficult at busy times.

Two times within the last month that I walked into hwy 55 and walked back out without eating. The floors were nasty, two tables that I went to were not clean.The whole place was nasty. What a big disappointment. I will go to hwy 55 in Randleman from here on out. Its worth the extra miles.
