its clean for its age. if you are a smoker its probably a paradise for you if you are not a smoker its not really worth stopping unless you just need a place to park. the parking lot is dirt. for non smokers there is really nothing for a store couple snacks limited drinks and if you are a diabetic theres diet Coke diet Pepsi is your choice. its more a smoke shop then a travel plaza. they have a restaurant but I did not try it I bring my own food in my truck.

For truckers: This place is a life saver for me. The fuel is always cheap giving relief in an otherwise extortionately priced state. They will actually pump it too. Always friendly folk here. The food is not bad and the showers also are OK. Tip:- take your own towels. Parking is the usual moonscape but this place is an oasis in NY. 2 more TSs further west along 20 slightly cheaper but I always use this one.

If you smoke cigars, you will not find better prices anywhere. Full boxes are cheaper than JR Cigars online store, sometimes by 20%. I was like a kid in a candy store. The guy who runs the humidor was very accommodating as well. I would say they could keep more full boxes in stock, but if you know youll be there, call ahead a few weeks and theyll order in what you want.

Impeccable customer service, clean showers, excellent selection of products, and amazing food. You just cant beat them. Sure you can save 2-3 cents a gallon a few doors down, but you wont have the convenience of an all in one commissary! For that, Im more than happy to pay the extra and get a good conversation from the friendliest staff Ive ever met.

Went around 10:50 and got told they were doing shift change sat there and waited. Guy sat in booth entire time doing nothing then my boyfriend got out to pump the gas and asked if he was gonna do his job or if he needed to do it for him and about 30 seconds later another man came out and threatened my boyfriend bc he was upset he wasnt doing his job.

Food is ok $7.99 breakfast buffet but service leaves much to be desired. almost had to ask for a refill even though the waitress was walking by the table and then I sat there for ten minutes with the money on the table for my check because she never told me I had to pay upfront, again with her walking by the table every minute or two.

Nice place to park for the night, back of the lot is pretty muddy when wet but hey its parking. Store is very nice, dirt cheap cigarette cartons, a humidor, and a very nice TV lounge. Had breakfast in their diner, great food and service, fast and well priced too! Will be back.

Was a great place to eat! last three time I was here it got wores every time hour and half to get food salad bar was brown soup was terrible Food cold 5 other customers were complaining will not be coming back think they need a change of kitchen management

Cashiers paid by the hour !! You have to come inside twice to get your fuel pump turned on. Dirty toilets and the dishwasher people are cleaning toilets ???? Really ?? Noon time takes about an hour to get your meal... Enjoy

Lots of truck parking, very friendly service. Very good food and awesome salad bar. Grate place to walk pets and a nice selection of cigars in their cigar shop. In the top 5 of my favorate truck stops in the USA
