Infuriating! When I placed my order there were two couples seated waiting on there food. The cashier who took my order was distracted and kept trying to make me order a combination of chicken and shrimp when I had only requested terriyaki shrimp cooked "well done". After I ordered the cook appeared from the back and entered a casual exchange with the other 3 workers for approximately 10 minutes before he started to prepare my order. I was heated but I simply waited because I really wanted the food. When my order was prepared I opened the box only to discover that it wasnt prepares correctly. I asked if the cook would cook the shrimp longer only to be told that "it well done, I already cooked." Eyebrows raised I stated are you saying you will not re-cook my order? He repeated "shrimp is already well done" and walked away as if I would just take the food as is! Needless to say I was refunded my money and Wan and crew will never receive my business again. Ridiculous, unprofessional, incompetent and rude!

I ordered the steak and mixed vegetables with brown rice, and asked for my steak rare. I ordered to go. I opened my meal amd could tell by looking at it that the rice looked crunchy and old. It was white rice not brown rice. The white rice was so crunchy and almost burned to the point of hurting my molars from the hard, dried out rice. I believe that they just cook the steak all at once and just gave me the medium well steak-that was dissapointing because she agreed to give me rare steak. The carrots are shreaded and the onions were not cooked well enough for me (but i assume thats just a personal preference). I wouldent even try eating here again just from the state of the white rice alone-at least the white sauce is good, but its hard to mess that up. My rating is poor for this place :( Very dissatisfied!

I have eaten at this restaurant for several years but have not been back in several months. I went back today and the salesperson got very rude. The food is always great but I have not been treated this badly in a long time. I ordered 3 meals for myself and co-workers and asked for extra white sauce. The woman walks up with 2 then hands me one and states "you only get one" and takes the other one back. She stated it was because I got a hot Mustard for one of the other 2 meals. They have no clue what good customer service is. I will NEVER go back.

Ive never in my entire life ever heard of going to a restaraunt and asking for my food well done and they tell me "they cant do that" how can you not give me my food well done if thats what I asked for thats what I should receive. It shouldnt matter what it is if I want it well done make it well done. Once I figure out a coporate number this is getting reported !! I asked for the bosses number and they also told me "they cant do that" what kind of business is this??? I started to spit in her face but you know what I have something better.... See u soon

Stopped here because it was close to work and I absolutely love hibachi, but I did not like or love this place at all. I got the hibachi chicken lunch special. The chicken was crunchy and had a lot of gristle. The onions were cooked fine except there was pieces of the outer shell of the onion in there. The rice was either under or under cooked. I couldnt tell, it was just crunchy. I had to keep taking things out of my mouth as I ate it because it was too tough to eat or taste bad.

Service 1/5: These employees are rude. The staff yelled at my wife who explained she wanted a "drink". "What you want! What you want! You make up your mind!" Hate to say it, but if you treat your customers like trash, they stop coming to your restaurant. Use your brain. Quality 1/5: Beef was tough. Tasted like shoe leather. Meal was put together days (or weeks) before and then unfrozen upon request. Price 3/5: Okay prices. Cleanliness 4/5: Place looked clean enough.

Total chaos from start to finish. Even if you call ahead, expect a 10-minute wait while multiple distracted cashiers confusedly ask one another and you what your phone number is. Expect them to take an order form out of the trash and debate it while they set it next to the food prep station. Dont be surprised if they then re-take your order and start over from scratch, even if you called well in advance and have kids with you. And, yes, the food tastes like garbage.

i like their food very much. the price was great for a broke person such as myself, the only problem i have is that the employees dont make you feel like they appreciate your business. it sucks going there when they dont smile, have any proper greeting, & seem like they hate their job. I mean, of course you dont like it, if you did, it wouldnt be called "work" but, make the best of it, you arent going to be there forever geez!

I love their hibachi shrimp and fried rice always get it its super good!! Food is always delicious and hot. As for cuatomer service cashiers are always rude! Especially the hispanic girl with arched eyebrows uqhh cant stand her always looks mad put a damn smile on ur face..other than that qood food.. Ohh alas btw they always qossip in spanish about customers i should know i speak spanish

Stop! Dont do it! Theyve really gone down hill. We used to be regulars but lately when Ive phoned in my order they have both not had it ready or even started it past when I was told it would be ready but have also screwed the order. Further, the vegetable and meat portions keep shrinking as the the rice is heaped on.

Horrible service cashiers stay on their phone catching attitudes with everyone must not value their job. Smells like a sewer when you enter. Needs help. Big improvements needed here. Good food, the cook Don is the only good thing he knows how to cook. Your Like you order besides that big thumbs DOWN !

Waited 20 minutes for a order that was cold supposedly habachi chicken but was fried breast chicken. Rice.. veggies.. both cold. Spilt sauces all over the top.. while I was there another person picked up her food. She had waited as well and her order was cold too. Not worth the money or wait.

If the employees would put their phones down they could get customers orders right. Customer service here always sucks! You always have to check your food bc they never get it right. 4 people ordered while I was there and 3 out of 4 was wrong. My order was wrong last time I came.

I was skeptical from the reviews. However, I was starving and this is the closest hibachi spot by my house. I prefer Hibachi 101 in Raleigh, but the food here was decent and hit the spot for me. Its located in the Kroger parking lot behind Chick Fil A if youre looking for it!
