This used to be my favorite Whichwich in the area, however over the past few months the service has steadily declined, and I will no longer be returning to this location. The first issue that I had at this location was a very long wait; my friend and I went to this location and ordered sandwiches and shakes, the sandwiches came out very quickly, and then we waited for over a half hour for our shakes while the staff served customers who had arrived after us and filled their orders; we complained twice during this half hour wait and were assured the shakes were coming right out. After the line of people had disappeared one of the employees came up to us and asked what we were waiting for; we told him and he fetched our shakes. Wed ordered one vanilla and one oreo. What we got was one pineapple and one oreo. We complained again, and it was fixed; though they gave us a smaller size than we ordered, we didnt complain and were happy just to get out of there. A couple weeks later we went in again, and we were the only ones in the store. We ordered our sandwiches, well before the dinner rush, and were informed that they did not have enough stuff to make our sandwiches as ordered; but they could give us smaller sizes. We agreed to the smaller sizes, received our sandwiches and then waited for someone to come around and refund us the cost of the difference between the sandwiches. After ten minutes of waiting we finally attracted the attention of one of the employees and they asked what was wrong. After being informed there was a further fifteen minute wait while one of the employees, Im assuming was the manager, tried to figure out how to refund the money. There have been other incidents but the final straw came tonight; when my friend swung by this location on her way to our apartment and picked up dinner for us. I ordered a large chicken salad on white, and she ordered a small meatball sub with extra cheese. I got a large egg salad on white, and she got a small meatball sub without the extra cheese. We took my sandwich back to get it replaced, but she decided to just accept that hers was wrong and eat it as was. We got my sandwich replaced, and I check to make sure that theyd put the right protein on it, but I failed to check the bread. This time instead of getting my protein wrong and my bread right they gave me wheat instead of white. Not wanting to once again make the trip back to get it replaced, I decided to just accept my sandwich as is, and from now one when I want a sub Ill either go to subway or to another whichwich location.

The customer has a lot of great choices for sandwiches, wraps or even a bowl. The radio station is by far one of the best of any restaurant in the area. If you have some spare cash grab a shake or cookie the are delicious. I with they had more side options, but bagged chips are a standard these days. And that doesnt keep me from eating here often.

This place is definitely not as good as Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes. This particular location is somewhat of a joke in terms of their service. The staff is joking around and taking their time while you stand their and wait on them. Wouldnt go back...

One sandwich spot that has to be my favorite spots to eat!!! Its so neat how they created the brown paper bag concept, its quite astounding. The atmosphere is fun, light and bubbly. Real family friendly, with a care/loving staff!!!

The food fully lived up to Which Wich standards, I enjoyed my meal a lot, but the service wasnt as cheery as other locations in CLT. The employees were very obviously not happy to be there.

Very cool set up you make your own sandwich how you want it and its fast. I will come back again to try other items on the menu, they also have monthly special subs, fantastic food.

One of my favorite sandwich places. Buffalo chicken is delicious. Neat gimmick of filling out the bag with all of the toppings you want in your sandwich.

Just moved from Atlanta where I went to the one in forsyth at the Avenues. This place is great and The Wicked is just as good.
