Fast, simple and delicious for sandwiches, salads, and soups of the day. Did I mention the shakes? The subs are about 10" or so on a choice of white, wheat or flat bread. Whats better is the ability to add extras from bacon, extra meat and/or avocado. Not bad for a chain. I like the fact that they have a reduced Cal section of their menu too (300-350 calories). Much like any modern sub place, you place your order at one station, and then move on to the toppings. The line, as with any in Uptown, can be quite long if you wait until lunch hour. Be sure to check them out the next time you have the chance. Ive included a menu in my photos dated 1/16/17. Enjoy.

Just moved to Charlotte a year ago from Chicago and really miss some of the food. I love Charlotte just as much as I love Chicago, but when I saw Potbellys it brought back all the memories. Potbellys is a great sandwich shop. If you dont want to get a sandwich, you can get a salad. If your feeling a sweet tooth coming on then try the awesome milk shake with a butter cookie to top it off. And if your feeling in a really good mood or down try the mini chocolate chip cookies. I guarantee your spirits will perk up then. I say just try it out.

An easy go-to lunch and sandwich place. Theyve got decent prices but the service there has always been top notch to me. Theyll accommodate nearly anything you can ask for. Sure, some of the items are extra, but otherwise, you can customize your choice of hot subs and they have pretty good cookies too. I typically order from their app so I dont have to wait in the insane lunch line during the week and they offer decent perks from there too!

Its really hard to measure up to a memory of the best sub youve ever eaten in the best city youve ever visited (Chicago!) but the new potbelly in uptown delivered on that in spades! My boyfriend and I both agreed that it might have even been better than we remembered. If you want a baked sub in the area, this place far surpasses Newks, Which wich, and everywhere else I can think of! Much-needed and reasonably priced too...

Potbelly has arrived in Charlotte! Hands down my favorite place to grab a sandwich. The line can be long but it moves fast! No one makes a better sandwich in 5 minutes. Awesome soups, chili and milkshakes too. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The crowd speaks for itself, you wont be disappointed.

Great Management Great Staff. To the Manager thank you. I come there several times a week LOL. To the employee/manager who watched my car so I would not get a ticket and I could go in and get my Turkey Sandwich which I drove 8 miles for thank you. The staff is great and food is plus 10.

Potbelly is great, though anything I say is a little biased as I used to work at one during my college years. Let me put it this way: I ate a Potbelly sandwich every day for about 4 months straight and I still go back for more 10 years later.
