this place is horrible! the people working there have got to be the worst most incompetent people in charlotte. they need to learn a bit about customer service as well. i went in there at ordered two subs, nothing crazy and it took them 45 minutes to make! there were 3 people ahead of me and it still took 45 minutes to get my two subs! when i paid for them i got no apologies or compensation for the waste of 45 minutes of my day. Then they charged me an extra .50 cents because i paid with a credit card. i love charlotte because it has so many good places to eat, i am sad to inform everyone that this place doesnt belong in charlotte or on this planet.

I simply love this place! The sandwhiches are phenomenal! New Jerseys, Philly steak and cheese, meatball, great salads, and chips etc! My family has been frequenting this establishment for the better part of 10-15 years! Open Mon- Friday closed Saturday and open Sundays! Its location is not far from the Bank of America Stadium and BBT Ball Park down town. Great prices and fantasic friendly service.

The hours are a little odd, and it takes a little while to get your sandwich, but what you get is awesome both in terms of taste and value. If you work uptown and want to walk down here for lunch, call your order in when you leave to maximize the chances of it being ready when you get here. Very few people seem to eat "in," but the place is clean. One of my favorite sandwich spots in town.

By FAR the best vegetarian sub ive ever had. It sets the standard for me. So convincing I had to ask them if it was really veg (the use soy-based meat for it)! Friendly & folksy staff - sometimes service is a little on the slow side if theres only 1 person there (its that small!) - but its worth it.
