I always loved Firehouse subs and was thrilled when they came to Rock Hill.... Ive ate at the one over on Dave Lyle Blvd and it was okay however visiting the Firehouse there on Celanese Rd was a more than welcoming experience.... I sometimes stop in after I leave work meeting my husband around dinner time and the staff is very polite, greeting you upon entering as well as leaving. They where very helpful took my trays aasking did we need anything and continued to tend to customers needs!!!! Great great employees, fast service and the store is always super clean!!! The cashier (Sunni) on my receipt has a great and warming personality and a beautiful smile, shes great and the team seem to really connect..... The manager on duty not sure of her name she was great to making sure things got done, walking table to table making sure our need where met!!!! You dont see that in fast food restaurants so Thank you guys and keep up the good work!!!!!

Had a really terrible experience the first time I went in. I figured that was because they had just opened and everybody didnt have the hang of it. So I decided to give them a second chance, and I received even worse service than I did the first time. My cashier Beatrice B(name given on the receipt) was really snappy and acted like she was disgusted by the fact that she had to take my order. She was even more rude when I asked her for a extra side of jalapeños. There was only one person who was polite and pleasant, but he was sweeping the floors. I just had such a terrible experience that I will not be recommending the store on Celanese or revisiting them for subs.

We have had their subs at least twice now. I normally do not care for subs but these were absolutely the best I have had! The flavor was great.
