Professionalism is lacking greatly at this location. The manager "Lisa" was very very rude, and extremely unprofessional. Her lack of concern and inability to serve the customers was utterly disgraceful. I would HIGHLY suggest NOT going to this Burger King. The employee that took my order "Bolivia" was very nice and tried to be helpful, but her manager (Lisa) stepped in and kept taking others orders (of another ethnic race) ahead of mine. When I asked why this was, she told me to wait and brushed our order aside again and again. Then I asked to just give me my money back. She did something on the register and basically threw my receipt to me. Because of her and her representation of Burger King, we nor anyone we know will ever go to another Burger King at any location. Our funds have NOT been credited to our bank account. This places management is a disgrace !!

Service was so bad I mistaken the place for McDonalds. We ordered 2 hot dogs with just ketchup and mustard and 3 large drinks. We waited for 20 minutes then the lady says can i replace your food with something else we ran out of hot dogs. Ok so what can I get? Well they only cost 79 cents so there isnt anything else that cost that much. So we have to pay more for something else cause yall ran out and waited 20 minutes to tell us they ran out. I wanted my money back. The manager said well I wasnt gonna charge you. Thats not what the cashier said. I just wanted my money back. We were on a family vacation from NC to the beach in SC. They wasted way too much of our time I got the money and left. As we were walking out another lady who also waited for ever and was just fed up threw her bag right on the counter and said give me a refund as well.

Ordered a Two Cheeseburger Meal Deal on Friday, May 5th, 2017. Asked for my cheeseburgers to be made with ketchup only. Proceeded to pay, receive my food and go on about my day delivering packages, Im 20 minutes away from the store when I bite into my first cheeseburger and I get a mouthful of mustard and pickles along with the only ketchup that I ordered. Since my job is on a timed schedule, I called and was told I could come back on Monday. I come back on Monday and the store manager whom I talked to on Friday, would not honor what he told me on the phone Friday. All I wanted was ketchup on my burger. I could have been allergic to pickles and they still would not care. Employees need to be trained on how to pay attention and make orders correctly. For that I give them a one star.

So I just left from burger king in chadbourn in I got my kids 2 cheeseburger only ketchup in a 10 pieces chicken nugget n I got the bacon n chess tender crisp I live n Dublin nw so when I gets I see a double whopper in my bag so I was wondering why the girl didnt give me no recit. The service was...odd. It seemed like I was inconveniencing the cashier when I came back up to the counter to ask for the kids drink I had already ordered. Then, I felt even more inconvenient when I came up, yet again, to ask for ketchup since the pump next to the drinking fountain was out.

Well this is the second year Ive come by this particular Burger King and once again suddenly they are out of "whoppers", how do you stay open if you have no burgers. Parking lot sure was full. And for the second year she messed up my order. I will not be going back to this location again.
