Extremely rude employees, I pull up to pay for my order with my phone (like I always do, more secure this way), they get pissy that I wont hand over another form of payment. The food is OK, not great, but it passes. What I have noticed while ordering food here is, 1. The workers have NO manners (obviously). 2. They will take 10 minutes just to make 1 small order, when you actually get your food, it will be cold. 3. If you pay with Apple Pay or Google Wallet, they will claim their reader isnt working and will demand you to "let them try it inside" (this happened to me a few days ago). 4. At night, the blonde woman and the black-haired woman with glasses are the reason I am writing this, they should NOT be working in fast food or dealing with customers. They are both RUDE and need a MAJOR attitude adjustment when dealing with customers! Overall, this location has some of the WORST employees, they should be FIRED!

This is the second time that they have gotten my order wrong. Apparently for the kid with the lip stud 2 #6s one with a strawberry milk shake and the other with a chocolate milk shake is too much to handle. So after waiting about 10 minutes to have the chicken "cooked". I get home and both of the milk shakes are chocolate and there is only one fry. With as many fast food options as there are here I will not be going to this BK again... They truly hire "winners"

Terrible service ! Second time Ive been there where the older, woman manager does NOT even acknowledge your presence. So short-staffed that the manager told the lady working drive-thru to " stop taking orders". I walked out without ordering. Need further evidence of how poorly this BK is run ? Notice that management has not bothered to respond to ANY of the comments on this Google Review page !

Im very disgusted on how management treats their employees.... They are forced to work, being so sick to where it causes sanitary issues let alone the occasion where they actually put their hands on their employees..... Who runs a place like that, these managers need to be let go and these owners need to be more hands on. I will never visit this location again.

I ordered an angriest whopper when they where still around and somehow they put in a regular wopper.. the wrapper for the Angriest the whopper is very unique and the bun is bright red so I have no idea how after waiting for 15 min in drive the you can mess up an 8 dollar burger

absolutely disgusting, the chicken fries taste like theve been sitting there for days the fries were cooked in greasy oil, and the bacon on the burger WASNT COOKED ALL THE WAY!, NEVER AGAIN, we will go to the next one down or just not go at all!

Clean friendly, helpful, nice workers and management, Sometimes food can be a little cold, but that isnt there fault its corp telling them to hold food when it should be dropped. Probably one of the better BK in my local area.
