Life transforming burger! Thats right, burgers so good, youll hear angels singing and scrap your upcoming move to the monastery! When we left Denver, alas, we thought wed had our last Smashburger but life began anew when they showed up in Raleigh - yippee! And sure enough, just as good as out there, yea team!!! The burgers are super fresh and tasty, just cant describe it just, really, really good burger, and definitely not that frozen, machine-cut perfectly round kind, either. The artisan buns are bakery fresh and yum as well, not quite white, not quite wheat either, just soft and tasty, lightly toasted. I always get the Spicy Jalapeno Baja with fresh (not pickled) jalapenos, guacamole, chipotle mayo, and pepperjack, along with fresh tomato, lettuce, and onion. Im talking stupid delicious, like, "Honey, dont make me choose between you and this burger" kinda good! :) :) Wife and daughter love it as well. Wife often gets the chicken because she has more willpower than I do :) So what are you waiting for - get your smash on over there!

Great burgers, fries, and milkshakes. The service, not so much. They only had one person taking orders when we arrived and it took them over 5 minutes to complete the order before us. Wow. It took only slightly less time to take my daughters order, but hey the food is good right? We then sat down. My daughters milkshake was delivered very quickly and she sipped on that. Oreo Mint you cant go wrong with that. After about 15 minutes and folks that had arrived after us receiving their food, my daughter went to inquire about her order. They had given it to someone else. Again, wow. I guess the numbers they hand out to keep the orders straight are simply for looks. She did eventually get her food, but what a mix up. As my daughter says, "People make mistakes". Seems like the whole store was a bit off that day. I am sure well be back. But not anytime soon.

I have had a couple delicious burgers here. I have also had by far the worst chicken sandwich here just today. The customer service is always solid despite the unorthodox staff. What kills me is the robust description of the Buffalo and blue cheese sandwich, where I got the grilled chicken. I could have gotten 2 larger, far better prepared chicken sandwiches from chik-fil-a for the price I paid for one very sad sandwhich. Thankfully the chicken was cooked thoroughly, other than that I seemed to be slapped unevenly into the bun, maybe 2 squirts of red hot, and almost no blue cheese crumbles. definitely disappointing, save your money elsewhere.

Great burgers and an assortment of buns. Its a step up from a typical fast food burger and very much in line with a 5 Guys and Burger Fi experience. The burgers look similar to Steak and Shake (smashed down with crispy edges) but theres a lot more meat. The fries are the super-thin shoestring style. Both are awesome. The chocolate shakes are also good. There is a variety of buns you can get and I always pick the pretzel bun. Order at the counter and they being the food to you when its ready.

We went here for the black bean burger, which was tasty. The service was great. The woman behind the counter was obviously good at her job and enjoyed it. The fries (especially the smash fries) were so delicious and you could tell how fresh all the food was. My only complaints would be that the bathroom was dirty when I went in (disheveled with trash everywhere) and the patio was LOUD. Right near a busy road and with loud music playing. Will definitely be returning though!

Ive had Smash Burger a total of 4 times (twice to other locations, twice to this location). Im not sure if I want to give this place a 3 strike and your out approach just yet. I want to like it as Ive typically heard great things from them. Ive tried their burgers, chicken sandwiches and even the salad and while things tasted OK, nothing was that stellar. The place is usually clean, staff is typically friendly, but the food has been lackluster.

The service was phenomenal. Brice was working the register, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He gave great recommendations and descriptions of the menu items, and did an awesome job selling us on the milkshakes. Beyond that, when we got halfway done with the milkshakes, he came to the table and gave us a second helping of whipped cream on top. Excellent service and experience. Well done, Brice.

4 stars for the customer service which was great. Other than them almost forgetting our drink. The quality of the burgers were bad. Super small and thin. The fried chicken strips were dark brown. I never seen chicken strips that dark before. Lol They were way way over cooked. But like I said the customer service was great and the place was nice and clean. It was nice trying it but we wont be back.

Stopped in to try the place with the hubby for lunch. I got the classic cob with chicken, i was very impressed with the quality of greens for a fast food joint. My husband got a build your own burger on an egg bun with the haystack onions. He enjoyed the burger but grease was literally pouring out of it as he was eating. The onions were terrible though. It was very quick though.

I tried Smashburger for the first time today. Many of my co-workers have raved about it. I must say I am not so impressed. I ordered an Avocado Club burger. With that name you would think that there would be a lot of avocado on my burger. Instead I opened it up and had one sad strip of avocado. The burger itself taste good but would have liked to get what I ordered.

The vegetarian black bean burger is great. Although, I am way more impressed with the staff. They were so great at getting me mayo, and a fork when I asked, and quickly let me know that they would take care of our trash when we left. Its really nice to see people who seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and helping people.

Food was good but a little pricy. The fries are pretty small, so Id recommend getting a large. There were two registers open when we got in line, but as we were about to order they closed one register. The remaining cashier was pretty rude. Overall pretty decent, but there are better places similar to this.

Sharnee greeted us with a big smile and hell-o. Always a nice way to start. This was our fourth visit to Smashbuger and like the others food and service outstanding. We are gluten free and find it easy to order with the gluten free buns. Also my grandson Owen loves Smashbuger and he knows his burgers.

Very cool little place, its definitely worth a shot in visiting at least once. Anything you can get as a vegan dish you can get as a carnivor, or vice versa. And the food wasnt bad, all very high quality food. They only use the good stuff so that is nice, and their ketchup they make and use is so good.

This place is highly overpriced and the food is mediocre at best. Burger size is half in diameter what you would get from a Whopper at Burger King and super greasey. My fiance wanted to go, we split a drink and fries and got 2 burgers, still we couldnt get out of there without spending near 30 bucks!
